Very unprofessional. We scheduled an after office hours meeting for a Tuesday at 6 pm. Their secretary called on Monday to confirm the appointment, and we agreed. My wife had to drive from work , and I met her there at 6pm. We knocked on the door, called them on the phone and no one opened. We left a few messages that night, hoping someone would check. In the freezing cold I went around the building, knocked on the windows, etc. Nothing. Frustrated, we left after 30 minutes.
I assumed someone would call the next morning to apologize. After all, we left messages the night before saying, "we're here for the appointment", etc. We got no phone calls all day.
Someone finally called around 6 pm on Wednesday. I figure they'd want to pretend the meeting was for Wednesday and they were "waiting for us". I didn't answer. They had our various phone messages from the night before and didn't attempt to reach out. They never called back.
