On our first visit, I thought he was just going over our documents and entering our contact information into his system. All the while, we were having wonderful conversations about this, that, and the other thing. After about 45 minutes, he stood up and went to the printer to retrieve our completed tax returns, which he had already filed electronically. He also printed out forms and envelopes for our state and federal quarterlies, along with forms and envelopes for our 2024 tax liabilities. Great service. TurboTax does this too, of course, but it was taking me two full days to get everything they way I thought it should be, and then another half a day with my wife looking over my shoulder to make certain we were submitting accurate returns ... hours of utter stress. Having Rick crank out our returns in what seemed like record time was such a relief, and such a weight off. I had replaced pieces of the system over time causing the system to not work as it once did. Other pieces just stopped working. Amber was able to troubleshoot the system, figure out how the system was wired, what was needed to make it work, and offer things that could make it better.
