Casey Armstrong is - simply put - amazing…read more We called Casey because she is well known as an expert in tricky medical insurance. Our case was not an easy one. In fact, it had baffled the previous insurance agency who we had contacted. But Casey's knowledge of the laws surrounding the insurance particulars was thorough. Further, Casey was able to ballpark the cost of the insurance and provide an alternate recommendation that was superior than the one we originally had in mind. And, after we got of the phone, Casey did still some more research and called us back. She provided yet another option that was still even superior. How often does that happen?! One thing I was really impressed by was the no pressure sales approach. She just provides all the answers to your questions and all the information. You make all the final calls. I really appreciate experts like Casey. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I have had a really bad experience with this company. They have incompetent people…read morewho don't listen they don't know how to ring out customers properly. I was overcharged. And was told that same day that I would get a refund. That did not happen. It has been over a week And I still haven't gotten my refunds. I was told as of today which is Friday, August 29. That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. Please be advised that you need to make sure that whoever you are talking to and ringing you out? Please make sure that they are smart enough and know how to execute their jobs properly.

I feel compromised with this…read moreparticular agency in Victorville because they keep showing me that they care about customer service by all means. I have been talking with Karla over the phone on many occasions throughout the year and she has always taken care of everything. However, last weekend my wife bought a new car and needed insurance right away I called Karla, and she started helping me for a bit, then she stepped out for lunch and apologized for that, a minute later Shey, another agent from the office took over and of course, she went beyond my expectations. She was able to provide us with a new policy in a matter of a few minutes with a low monthly payment. She left us speechless including the dealership people, who were there during our transaction and were very surprised by Shey's prompt response, KUDOS to her. I highly recommend this particular office to insure your car because it's guaranteed that you will get the best deal.

It looks like they may be renovating their old space. Not 100% sure. I like their temporary new space because it's more spacious and airy. Ceiling is higher. More space to sit and wait. I think they should take over their new temporary space permanently. Just my 2 cents. Anyway, wait time was about 25 mins which is pretty average at AAA. Staff was cordial and friendly.
