Got my house sold by Alam Realty. Happy with their services. Very professional and responsive. Will use their service again in future.

Bought a house that they remodeled. They mickey moused everything and I have had problems ever since we moved in. Almost every wall the drywall has cracked, faucet has leaked multiple times, ac they just added freeon to make it work for a couple days and it leaked all of it out now so I now have to put money outta our pocket cause they won't take responsibility. They came out to "fix" the walls and left a horrible job! Very unprofessional handy man! read more

TRU-PROFESSIONAL. I have used Mohammad Alam over the years at least 4 times. He has always been there to help me and he's always gotten me top dollar for my property. Any future purchases or sales I will use Mohammed. read more

Alam Realty is THEE REAL ESTATE COMPANY to go to in the HIGH DESERT! Mohammad has to be one of the most knowledgeable brokers in the business and Pedro is an excellent agent! He always answered his phone and kept us posted with the latest updates at all times. Communication was never an issue! Although we had issues financing our loan due to a few little "misunderstandings" (wink, wink) in our tax return papers, Pedro never gave up on us and was able to work closely with both the escrow company and our lender to insure we always got an extension when we needed it! They make a great team, together with GEM Mortgage and Cimarron Escrow. Alam Realty truly exceeded our expectations and I know that I'm going to sound like a paid advertisement right now but I don't know how else to put it,... Alam Realty made our dream of home ownership a REALITY! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, don't go anywhere else for your real estate needs!! read more

Had a very unpleasant experience with the company's social media manager regarding a recent transaction. The individual accused me of no communication where there is proof contrary to that accusation and resorted to using unprofessional language in a recent correspondence. If this is how one of the company's higher ups carries themselves in communications, I'd be hard-pressed to trust anyone else within this company for their services. Given the inconsistent reviews on this page, it seems like a Russian Roulette on which representative would be good and which representative would be bad. With their social media manager, it looks like I lost the draw. read more

I recently worked with Keith Allen Jr. Although I'm currently looking to rent, he treated the process as if I was buying a brand new house. His knowledge of real estate is second to none and goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend if you're looking for a great realtor in the southern California area, to ask for Keith Allen! read more

Well not only do they not answer phone calls they dont return messages either. I was a buyer looking for a home in the high desert. No return calls meant to me they are just to busy or maybe they dis-qualified me by the tone of my voice. I had over 100k for down payment and was pre qualified. I found a home using another realtor and couldn't be happier. read more

Best Real Estate office in the high desert, honestly, is one of their best attributes and many other

I recently sold my house in Los Angeles County and purchased a home in Riverside county and Alam Realty handled both transactions. Mohammad and the whole Alam Realty team were great. I really felt that I had a whole team working on my behalf. My home was on the market for less than a week and sold for more than I expected and the purchase of my new home went seamlessly. I was kept informed of all that was happening, my options were explained fully and Mohammad and his great escrow department were professional and efficient and knowledgable about the different communities involved, and ALWAYS kept their client's interest foremost. This is a great company. read more

I wouldnt use this company ever again. Janice Ballentine, wanted a double commission so she lied and set me as the seller into a bad buyer deal which ended up being one of her friends, she wouldnt return calls from other interested buyers or realtors with interested clients, She was trying to get me to drop the price just for her friend/client, Took 3 months to close escrow ,,, And Janice convinced and helped me in the process of getting out of the contract to the prior realtor who wasnt the scammer--- janice was,,, Mohomad never returned my calls or acknowledged my complaints and the rest of Alam did nothing to help,, they all just lied to get the double commission,,, The others here who have posted good reviews. This is what i found on them : they are Alam Employees: Alam Realty, Hesperia, California. 537 likes · 6 talking about ... Alam Realty's photo. Again I would highly recommend this company an especially Marisela Minor.. read more

I am very disappointed with this company. We bought our first home from this guy and will never buy from him again. The house was newly remodeled and to the naked eye looks great! But myself being in construction and inspection Ive been noticing a lot. We've been in the house for almost a month and still waiting for the repairs to be fixed. First the paint job is poorly done. Streaks in some places, blobs of paint left in others. Plaster from the ceiling on the walls. Some of the accessories were put in before the painting was done. They have different colors behind them. There's different colors behind my door knobs. As if they installed then taped and painted in hopes no one would notice. Paint and plaster on my outlets and switches. A couple outlet covers are cracked. One of my doors gets stuck and makes it difficult to close/open. My sliding door also difficult to open and close. Top of my doors were not sanded or painted. I'm still missing my chimney doors. I have no remotes for my garage opener. The contractor should be ashamed of themselves for doing a poor job and bare minimum to collect money. You chose this line of work and to just do the bare minimum is an insult to contractors who go above and beyond and the work shows! Whoever hired this contractor should never use them again! I already seen in the pictures on this page that someone else got the same guy and has the same issues I have been having. Their office tells me they'll look into it and get back to me which they never have. At one point his assistant answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the assistant pretended to be someone else and said she wasn't available. I still have not been contacted by the owner himself! Granted he is or was on vacation which is understandable, everyone needs vacation. But his office should be professional enough to be left in charge without having these issues without the owner present. I'm ready to make the necessary changes myself. Alam realty be prepared to receive an invoice!! If you are to come across one of their houses for sale DO NOT buy!!! He's only at 3 stars for a reason. read more

I just purchased my first home, and had an excellent experience with my agent Brian Scott. He was great with communication and explained everything very well. I would refer him to anyone thats looking for a great realtor. read more

If I could give no stars I would. These people are useless!!!! If your looking to buy and they are the sellers agent...RUN AWAY!!! They lie and have horrible communication skills. We were constantly having to chase the agent for answers and even to close escrow. They did not work well with their escrow company either...... Beware working with them..... I will never again and will make sure no one I know or work with (and I work for a HUGE utility company) ever use them to sell or buy from! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!! read more

We listed our home with Dawn Kelley. She sold it in just 21 days! Our experience with her was the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had. There are six homes in our community represented by three other agents. Dawn not only sold our home before any of the others, but she sold it at a price which the other agents said could not be done! Her use of the internet to pre-market our home prior to listing had buyers already lined up! Each step of the way was made simple by her use if esign documents which kept paperwork organized and easy to understand. There was not one issue that arose that Dawn was not already aware of or managing, she is the perfect example of professionalism. Please, if you are looking for an agent to represent you, do yourself a favor; sign with her! read more

My realtor Robbie was amazing. She is the hardest working realtor in the high desert. She always made her self available. My husband and I used Marisela Miner for help in purchasing our very first home. She was amazing! We were pretty picky, sending her to show us 25 house in 1 weekend, not to mention her showing us several other house prior to that, having a house fall out of escrow, having to hire a new loan agent! (I do recommend Jaso and Marisela can find him for you!) She was very polite, punctual and informative on every home we viewed. If we ever decide to buy again, she will be our first call! read more

DeeDee Neilson is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable & reliable. She knows how to use her resources to get things done quickly & professionally. DeeDee was able to sell my dads home in 5 days. I would highly recommended DeeDee Neilson to any of my family or friends for their real estate needs. read more

I am A current Resident of an Alam property. I have a hard time getting a hold of the property manager much of the time. When work is done it is done by another agent not even a home repair man. I recently had a leak under the kitchen sink I called it in, the property manager treated me like I was trying to take advantage. It isn't the first time having an issue with the plumbing, when I tried to address this issue before all that was stated was the owner of the property won't pay for that. I am a good tenant pay my rent on time and keep the property clean I don't understand why I would get the third degree for trying to maintain the property. read more
