He was very patient, and had no problem talking to me about my concerns. I never felt like I was wasting his time. He helped us pick a perfect location for our panels, (we live on 2 acres). Our average utility bill for the year showed we needed x amount of panels. Cory talked to us about adding 2 more for the reason of over producing, and changing some of our utilities to electric down the road to save on our propane usage. Plus being able to run our AC more than what we do now. Best Idea ever. Can't thank him enough for the knowledge he shared with us. His work quality is outstanding! One of the few individuals out there that recognize his name and reputation is reflected by his work. When something wasn't right, he fixed it. Usually I never knew, because he did such an amazing job to start with. He made sure we were happy with everything along the way, no mess was ever left, and my place looked better than when they started! I can't say enough about this company, their family employees, and their work ethic. Plus they are an approved contractor through the HERO program. I have had to redo more than 70% of the work he did since he walked off the job leaving it incomplete. EVERY YEAR since 2018 I have had to hire someone new to come back and fix the work he did . I have had to completely redo the plumbing in one of the houses because he folded the hot water line and cemented it in costing me more than $3,000. He did not do any of the electrical correctly, I did not pass inspections, and I had to rehire someone to undo all the work he did and do it correctly. I had to completely redo the flooring in the other house after it only lasted 3 years because he didn't level or create a solid subfloor. He actually used cut up vinyl plank flooring to level the subfloor. I am currently having to redo the tub and shower enclosure because of poor installation. He never completed the exterior painting. The water heater wasn't installed correctly. There is not enough space on Yelp for me to detail all the things he did wrong. He is not a skilled contractor and has zero integrity. Every time I need to redo something I hired him to do I will come back and update this as his work is still coming back to haunt me even 8 years later. Hire at your own risk.

Econo West Heating, Air, & Plumbing did an excellent job of responding to my Yelp quote request, the coordination of my appointment for an estimate today, and the dispatch of their crew members. Thank you for sending Mario and Sam to our home! They are very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable about the installation. They ensured that my gas line was turned back on before they left.
