I let them know that I am driving and that I will pay as soon as I received invoice. my phone blew up with demand for payment and threats to return the items to the original point of pickup. In other words, they were willing to return the items to our client's old residence instead of sending us an invoice and receive payment. I pulled over on I-19 at the first safe opportunity and made a payment online. the owner knew that this was a business to business transaction. it was made clear to them that we were acting on behalf of a client and we contacted them based on the recommendation of a respected member of the Green Valley senior community. the disrespect for seniors and their needs was mind blowing. never again! She managed the on-site portions of the process efficiently and communicated reasonably well during the sales and cleanout phase. However, once the sale was over, communication essentially stopped. I was told by Mari that she would send me the sale proceeds amounts that evening, but then I was completely ghosted for several weeks. After daily attempts to reach her with no response I had to send a formal message with a deadline stating that, if I did not receive a response and check I would be filing a police report. Only then did I receive a reply. The check that arrived was for only $1,100 for an entire home full of beautiful items, with no itemized list of what was sold or for how much. There was no transparency about pricing, totals, or how the proceeds were calculated. I felt taken advantage of at a very vulnerable time, and the lack of documentation and communication raises serious concerns about how funds from different estates are being handled. If you are considering using her, I would strongly suggest insisting on a detailed written report of itemized sales records and I would encourage you to sit at the sales monitoring items that were sold. From what I could see she list items at a high price and collects alot of unreported cash.

Even if you're already packed, they come prepared with extra boxes, wrapping, and anything you might need for those last‑minute items or unexpected loose pieces. That alone took so much pressure off. I also know being in someone's personal items can be a lot, and they handled everything with so much respect and care. Since everything was already packed up and I didn't even have water to offer during the move, I made sure to grab them Starbucks once we arrived, and it definitely hit the spot. Our move with Nicolosi Moving was terrible and I would not recommend them. They did not take care…read morewith many of our items and even though we specifically asked them to take care on certain things. They brought nothing to protect our wood floors and put moving blankets down at our request but still damaged the floors by dragging furniture. They also damaged furniture that was not wrapped in blankets, even though we asked them to wrap them in a blanket and not just plastic wrap. They threw many items in boxes with zero wrapping or paper; including our lamps with the lightbulbs still in them so the bulbs broke off in the lamps. Jack Jr. never checked in to ask how things were going or to let us know the crew would be late. They were late all three days. Jack Jr. did manage to text often asking for more money. Whether it was a broken-down truck or needing to make payroll there was definitely a money issue. The crew was always friendly but only one out of the bunch did a good job packing.
