The cherry on top of the cake is the $5 charge for holding the package. Did not see any kind of signage in the store or website for this nonsense charge. Once your item is handed over, it effectively disappears into a black hole. There is zero visibility, zero responsibility, and zero customer care. International delivery with no tracking in this day and age is unacceptable. When things inevitably go wrong, there is no way to trace parcels, no meaningful support, and no resolution. Just generic responses and complete indifference while your goods -- and money -- vanish. This service is unreliable, outdated, and unfit for international shipping.
