They're making the new company remove all protection and use different protection rather than allowing the furniture to be moved and then get their blankets back, costing us an additional $4k to move out of storage (they're doing that because we're not using them to finish the move as they're charging 2.5x what any other company is quoting us) We will be taking legal action against this company. As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck.
