Regardless of how many times I emailed or my husband called, the decorative molding on my curio cabinet was never repaired; and they never called to make arrangements for the repair. They reneged on their promises. If you want to pay some hacks to move your stuff with less care and less professionalism than your friends would provide, go ahead and hire these movers.
