The amount of valuables, family heirlooms, and furniture they damaged is staggering, much of it irreplaceable. Before the move even began, communication was a disaster. I was promised a moving coordinator would contact me a week beforehand. They never did. I had to call the day before my move, and even then the coordinator repeatedly got my two pickup locations wrong. The movers arrived an hour late in a rented Penske truck with little to no packing materials or proper moving equipment. At the first pickup, a 700-square-foot third-floor apartment, they immediately complained about the stairs. My partner and I quickly realized they weren't actually working. Two movers spent long stretches sitting in the truck on their phones while the third spent nearly an hour wrapping a couch that didn't need wrapping instead of protecting fragile items. Despite asking them multiple times to keep moving and properly wrap breakables, they continued wasting time. My partner eventually carried many items from the rooftop down to the first floor himself because otherwise nothing was getting done. They even asked us to help move heavier furniture, which is exactly what we hired them to do. It took them five hours to empty a one-bedroom apartment. At the storage unit, they left belongings sitting in the hallway until I returned to help them. They also completely destroyed a large china cabinet because they didn't wrap or know how to move it. It was damaged beyond repair. After 8.5 hours to move a one-bedroom apartment and a small storage unit, they finally headed to my new home. That's when they informed me my bill had increased to nearly three times the original estimate. Once there, they ignored all instructions about where furniture and boxes belonged, piling nearly everything into one room until it was impossible to walk through. The final straw was when they left much of my heavy furniture sitting on the sidewalk in a downtown neighborhood and then had the audacity to TEXT me asking ME to come help move it. I ended up calling friends, and we finished moving everything they piled on the sidewalk in about 30 minutes, because that's what productivity looks like. To top it all off, they stood on my front steps waiting for a tip. I tipped them only because I wanted them to leave. After spending days fixing their mistakes and unpacking, I discovered even more damage, including: * Vintage Restoration Hardware media console * Vintage Maitland-Smith coffee table (glass top missing) * Three framed artworks * Shelf from my custom-made vitrine * Entire china cabinet * Two planters * Glass shelf frame * Two curtain rods I'm still finding damaged items. All My Sons didn't make my move easier--they made it exponentially harder. I paid professional movers and ended up doing much of the heavy lifting myself while paying nearly three times the quoted price and watching irreplaceable belongings be destroyed. Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the money, stress, and heartbreak. Run, don't walk, to another moving company, task rabbit, anything but them.

Two technicians arrived and immediately began the removal process without explaining the scope of work or providing any estimate or pricing upfront. The service itself took approximately 30 minutes, after which we were presented with an unexpectedly high bill. Given the lack of prior communication, we felt pressured into paying for a service we had not agreed to at that price. While we are grateful that the raccoons were removed, the job felt incomplete. No cleaning or sanitization was performed, leaving us to address contamination concerns on both our main floor and back deck ourselves--adding further time and expense. Additionally, we were told this was the only service of its kind in our area, which we know not to be the case. Overall, the lack of transparency, communication, and follow-through made this a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Ongoing Service Issues and Unresolved Squirrel Infestation - Request for Immediate Resolution…read more I am writing to formally document and escalate an ongoing issue with squirrel activity in my attic and the unresolved service I received. The problem began in November 2025, when I discovered a squirrel infestation in my attic. The attic is not easily accessible from the interior of the home, yet the squirrels were able to enter and cause damage. A sales representative came to my home and assured me that the issue would be fully resolved within one week. That commitment was not fulfilled. Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints, the work was not completed in a timely or proper manner. Over the course of several months, supervisors visited my home on at least two occasions to review the job. On both occasions, it was determined that the work had not been completed correctly or was still unfinished. Nevertheless, the full payment was charged to my credit card immediately. Only a portion of the gutters and exterior of the home were sealed. As a result, the squirrels simply moved to another accessible area of the house where the attic is walkable. Because the exclusion work was incomplete, I had to take matters into my own hands and set traps myself to manage the ongoing infestation. When I contacted the sales representative to express my concerns, I was told it had not been enough time for the traps to work. I explained that trapping alone would not resolve the issue because only part of the home had been sealed, allowing the squirrels to continue entering and causing damage. I was also told that it was "not possible" for the squirrels to cause the level of damage I reported in such a short period of time. I was informed that someone would come to verify my claims, but no one arrived for nearly two weeks. I made repeated calls and left messages, which went unanswered. Throughout the winter months, I received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. Despite the lack of completed work and ongoing service issues, I later received an outstanding invoice for $387.86. I contacted the office to question how an additional charge could be issued when the job was never fully completed, materials were left on-site in boxes, and my repeated requests for follow-up had been ignored. I was again told that a supervisor would be sent out for another inspection. I would never recommend to use this company.
