Kudos to the UPS Store in Fieldsboro (or Bordentown, depending on who you ask). I had to get a very important document to my son in Thailand. I went to the UPS Store and had it shipped. When I tracked it, they reported a problem with the address. After it sat in a warehouse in a nearby city in Thailand for several days, I went back to the UPS Store. I thought I knew what the issue was and told the guy there, and he said he'd call it in to UPS over there. Well he did, and it turned out that the problem was different from what I thought. Rather than leaving it at that, the guy called me back, explained what he had learned, and I gave him all the information I had available regarding where my son is living, and he said he would call them back. I never heard from him again, but after the holiday weekend it was delivered. It may not sound like much, but the document was really important, and the customer service went above and beyond. read more

I attempted to have this store pack and ship an item to me in Kansas. I was told no. Why? Because it was an item I won at auction from Sunrise Antiques. My affiliation with Sunrise Antiques? Just a customer who is a time zone away in Kansas. So this store punished me for their issue with Sunrise Antiques. Pathetic. read more

Very disappointed in this location recently. I went in on Xmas Eve morning with an Amazon return. The owner was very grouchy. Explaining to me how overwhelmed they are with Amazon returns. While I do sympathize. As a customer I'm not sure how I was supposed to feel. Do I stop taking my returns there? It seems they are very inundated with returns. But I feel that is something they need to take up with Amazon not the customer. Today I went in for a return and all customers were told the QR scanning was not working. 3-4 people were turned away. I contacted Amazon and they were not aware of this issue. And also advised the store should have at least attempted to scan it. If the store does not want to accept Amazon returns they need to update their policy. When I use my lunch break to make a return only to be turned away under a false excuse it's very frustrating. read more

I had 2 items to return for Amazon, and the return email was unclear if one or both items needed to be included inside. It was only one of the two so it fit in a tiny box but the store charged a dollar for a 6 inch piece of tape to seal it. It's an incredibly stupid way to lose a customer going forward when I've been doing business there for many years. The kid at the counter was rude about it, too. Spend your money elsewhere. Response to their reply: This a canned, copy/paste answer that doesn't actually say anything. Charging for a 6 inch piece of tape is ridiculous, especially for a long time customer. It's not the dollar, it's the principle. The box wasn't unsealed out of laziness. I needed to make sure which product(s) needed to go inside the box. It's not about high quality materials you use or any of that other nonsense. The box was taped up except for the top opening. The kid working the counter was just being an ass about it. So for your one dollar charge, I made sure to pay on a credit card, and then made sure to get a printed receipt, both done just because it would cost the store money to do so. Common sense is a valuable tool in conducting business. Did you come out ahead for charging the dollar for 6 inches of tape? It seems like a foolish reason to lose a customer. read more

Took in a couple of wrapped Christmas presents today for outer packaging and shipment to my family out of state. Gentlemen behind the counter was friendly when I arrived at the counter and very efficient in getting the information entered. I can honestly say that I was surprised at how low the price was to get it done and shipped. I expected to pay at least 7-8 dollars more for what I got. Great experience and great value!!! Anytime I need to get packaging supplies, print out documents in high quality, or need to send/receive packages, the UPS Store in Bordentown is my place!! The staff are always helpful and great to work with!! Every time I've walked in there is always a smile and even greet me by my name, which always seems strange to me because I'm not in there that often. But it's nice!!! I'm very disappointed with this location. When needed I always use this store. On Monday 11/7 I went there to ship a return and paid over $18 to ship it to arrive in Indiana on Wednesday 11/9. I received a large box via UPS from Bethlehem Pa with the item I shipped in it. The original box must have been destroyed and the packing list I put in the box was sliced which indicated the original box was cut open. I took it back to the UPS store to explain the situation. I was supposed to get a call from the store owner/manager about the situation because it seemed that no one knew what to do but no phone call. I should at least get a refund of the money I spent to ship my item to the original location. I'll use another location from now on. read more

Best UPS store in the COUNTRY. I travel a lot and have to get copies many places. I have been to several locations in NJ ( all terrible except this location) as well as in many states. The staff at this location are always friendly, get my copies right, actually know how to use a computer, printer, and copy machine (unlike other locations where I have had to teach them), and have great pricing. Simply the BEST! I've utilized the services of several UPS stores in the past. Currently I'm renting a P.O. box at store # 5952 in Bordentown, NJ run by the owner Jason Campbell and I have to say Jason and his team run the most friendly, professional and efficient operation i have ever experienced. They've received and processed over 100 packages for me as well as providing me with copy and printing services and I've had a great experience every time. I'm always greeted with a smile and I've noticed they do the same to all the other customers. Here's the deal -- there are a whole lot of places you can go to ship something out -- USPS, FedEX, UPS. and there are several UPS stores in the area, some closer to me than this one. so why will I always go to this location? Stopped in there a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Jason was his name. Very polite and asked if I needed help right away. This was my first time in a UPS Store so I really didn't know what to expect. Within the first couple of minutes, Jason put that at ease. I came in looking to print and ship. I had the original file for printing so Jason walked me over to the computer and we looked at it together. He asked what size and kind of paper material I would like and honestly had no idea. He took the time to talk with me and show me different materials and gave me pricing right on the spot. He also explained to me the size he would recommend to keep my file sharp in contrast and not to distort the image. Job well-done sir. We rolled up the poster and then shipped it out. I went there a few weeks ago and let me tell you about the manager, Jason. He is the hardest, friendliest person you will meet in the store and in retail, period. This guy was multi-tasking beyond belief. He was taking care of me and my design problems while helping another person with copies. This guy has it. I went in not knowing what I wanted for a banner and he took the time to talk to me and really made me feel comfortable with what was my vision was. He stated he would design it and send me back a couple of different proofs. When I received the proof all I saw was the first one and I was amazed at his abilities. After I received the call that it was ready a couple of days later, I was greeted once again with professionalism by him. I also noticed that while I was in line, a couple of ladies mentioned how nice Jason is and how he knows our first names and how polite and friendly he is. It is a breath of fresh air. Lousy miserable bully older men. The younger man tried to help but in the end not one of them had any problem solving skills. I was trying to return 2 boxes but the merchant only provided 1 shipping label for the total weight. I tried to get another label from the merchant but they refused. I went and asked if UPS had one large box to put them both in they didn't then I said can't you just split labels and divide the weight. Two different men came over to yell at me that they can't do anything and to go back to amazon. I left disgusted as the 2 boxes have 500.00 worth of merchandise I needed. Thank god I am resourceful I shrink wrapped the two boxes together and wrapped in brown postal paper and sent them back. Morons in the UPS store who supposedly know what they are doing didn't think of anything. Go there if you want to be abused and treated like garbage. If I could put zero stars I would. read more
