Rip off. They raise prices dramatically each month based on "public demand" and without notice. They claim to be climate controlled but it is extremely hot in the summer and cold in winter. Light out in my unit for 12 months. Five messages and still not repaired. read more

They give you a low ball price then raise the rate 2 month later by 20%. Entrance doors are broken, 1 cart , stay away. Bait and switch!!

Do not believe all the 5 star reviews as they are probably bogus. The property is poorly maintained, broken elevators, no carts, massive 27% increases after only 6 months. Save your money and look elsewhere and don't be fooled by their so called specials which are no more than bait and switch. read more

We rented a unit on an upper floor. The elevator has been broken for 3 months. No one could give us an update on its repair status. we could not get a credit on our bill. We have removed everything with much difficulty and canceled our contract. read more

Stopped into the office recently and I must say the guy that helped me (Andre) was pretty phenomenal. I was irritated beyond belief with how my day had started with moving and all the drama that comes with that, but Andre truly saved the day (and maybe someone's life!) Firstly, he actually acknowledged my existence when I entered, (a small thing but hugely forgotten with some spots). And then, I'm pretty sure he immediately saw where I was mentally and just took care of everything. There were even other people in his office at one time and I was so impressed with how he was still able to handle the situation without me wanting to rip more of my hair out. While helping me I tried apologizing for taking up so much of his time but he apparently had no problem doing his dam job ...helping me. I hate when some places act like you owe them something and do the bare minimum, if even that. Anyways, he offered me stretch wrap and some other stuff I wasn't even thinking about while just trying to get the hell outta there. He was really clear and made sure I understood the whole process. I was totally thrilled with my entire experience here at the Marlboro Public Storage location. Nancy took care of me throughout the entire process and is an outstanding Property Manager! She even stayed late past 6 pm when I was rushing home from work to get there to sign the papers the night before my move in. I moved in yesterday and the facility is clean and my unit is perfect. Love the security of the facility as well with the coded gates and doors. All ways around I am very happy! read more

I stopped by this location to make a payment since it was on the way to my child's school. Kimberly gave me peace of mind by asking to verify my address and phone number, since I did not store at that location. It's good to see people looking out for each other.
