I hired him to do a move from Nashville to SC and he originally quoted me $3100 and I gave him $1600 cash. After that he kept changing the prices and I started to get suspicious but had already giving him my money. He showed up with a 26 foot truck and tractor hauler on 6/22. My mom and I were supposed to leave with this truck in the morning and the second truck would show up that day too. We were told we would start at 6AM but he didn't show up until 11AM and with a bigger truck than expected. I paid him another $1200 by PayPal for the first load and wasn't supposed to pay the additional $700 until 6/28 as agreed. My mom and I headed to SC with the first two movers and the 26 foot truck and got half way when Marcus began texting me that he underbid this job and that I needed to pay him $1900 more before he finished. We argued about it and finally I agreed because the other two guys were there loading the other truck and I needed this done to start my job on Monday. After the final payment Marcus stopped texting me and the two drivers leaving them without gas money for the truck. We got to the house and when the truck was unloaded the drivers still could not reach him for gas to get back home. The other two started heading this way and got here at 3AM so we were all exhausted at this point. They got there and also were ghosted by Marcus and paid gas to get here out of their own pocket. They refused to unload and wanted me to pay them but I refused because I already paid. Eventually the other movers convinced them to unload so they did but a lot of it was left on my lawn. They headed back to Nashville with no pay from Marcus and had to buy gas themselves. The original two drivers did not have the money to do that so I gave them a place to sleep and fed them. The next day one of the movers collapsed from dehydration and stress and had to be rushed to the er by ambulance. So when he got released from the hospital, My husband drove from Nashville 6 hours to pick them up, and drive them back to Nashville another 6 hours. I gave them $190 each for helping me. I returned the U-Haul truck here and learned it should of never left the state of Tennessee. This man took my money and stiffed U-Haul and the worst part his workers who worked so hard for free. I learned that he is a felon and has a record a mile long. https://sci.ccc.nashville.gov/Search/CriminalHistory?P_CASE_IDENTIFIER=MARCO%5EHAMILTON%5E04251985%5E304318 He changes his phone numbers on his website and now he took it off. Be very aware of this scumbag and do not give him a dime unless you want to deal with what I just had to deal with.

I struggled with whether or not to give this review because I know…read morepeople are struggling to make a buck these days however, we are all pretty much in the same boat valuing every dollar. As I laid in bed last night and it LITERALLY fell apart, that was the last straw and the decision was made so here's the tea: I hired four movers, none of which could speak English, and I mean NONE. #1, you get what you pay for and they are probably one of the lowest bids you're going to get. That being said time is money and it's going to take you twice as long to get your move accomplished because of the four of them only one knew what he was doing. The other three argued with him constantly taking more time and only one had any real strength and none of them spoke English so I couldn't direct them myself. Usually one or two or were actually working and the other two spectating. Luis from Venezuela, was more than happy to offer to reassemble something or disassemble something like a bed. However, he actually doesn't know what he's doing even when it comes to finding the right drillbit or a tool to tighten some screws. I am not exaggerating. Hand to God. Hence, the fact that lying in bed last night, my headboard fell off. That's when I decided to do you a favor and write this very fair review. To their credit nothing got broken. And I do have some larger heavier items that are delicate like mirrors and mirrored furniture. They will take a lunch break that's supposed to last 25 minutes, but you won't see them for an hour. You will be charged for half of that hour anyway. Do not pay them to disassemble and reassemble anything that you can do yourself because that takes them two or three times the amount of time it would take anyone handy with a drill. My advice is if you do use them, only hire two men. Most likely they will send their strongest and brightest since you only hire two. And that way, the two of them will most likely be working nonstop. If you are savier than me, and know how to use Google translate, etc. that may also come in handy. I have to say that was the most frustrating part of my day as they would indicate through pointing/hand gestures etc., wanting to help me with something, but I would have to say no because I knew it would be so frustrating, Trying to explain when they literally cannot understand a word I'm saying and vice versa. I've moved probably 30+ times and this is the 1st time I haven't tipped my movers. One of them even had the nerve to ask me for a phone charger because he was texting constantly, and his phone died. Like I said, you can't make this chit up.

My husband drove behind them, stopped by an Aldi to shop for somethings and he still got to the new house 20mins before the movers. They broke our bed frame, my monitor screen, pretended that they were going to do something about it and I never heard back from them. Every time I sent a message to ask about the claims, they will say "they are checking for an update" and never respond again. With all of this, they still charged a high price. You are better off going for another moving company. BMPRO LLC are not professional at all!!!

I used Apex out of Franklin, Tennessee, but it does not matter because I would not be surprised if…read morethe movers worked out of Franklin and Antioch. In 2020, I moved from Nashville to California; it was the worst experience I could have had. As one writer wrote, the front office ladies were nice, but my experience was horrible after that. Although I wrote a review about Apex, in 2021, however every time I realize that more of my belongings were stolen from this company, I must warn people about this Company. The truck and four men came to load my things from my home around 8:00 am, and they did not finish until 8:00 pm. I had about 85% of my things already boxed and packed. So, it took them 12 hours to load up and finish up a little packing that was left. I am not sure why it took so long other than to get paid on the "clock." longer, which was a true inconvenience for me. Next, because there was no truck to come out to California until a few days later, my things were stored on a trailer until the driver was driving to California. So, my belongings had plenty of time for someone to go through them and pick out what they wanted, and that's exactly what happened. I don't know if my belongings were stolen as they were packing or while it was in the trailer to be driven out to California. After my furniture and clothes arrived, I noticed my dining room table was damaged, my son's digital game, roller skates, clothes, my son's kids' bible, bedding (comforter) from my son's room, my son's Build-a-Bear, and other valuables were stolen. There was only one man in my son's room packing up the last little bit of his things that were left, and to my surprise later, many of my son's things were stolen. It hurts my heart so badly. Even a little sweater that my son wore as a baby was stolen, which was dear to me. Having to make a big move across the country is already stressful enough, and to realize even years later that more of my valuables than I originally thought were stolen. I filed a claim with the company, and it took some time to get reimbursed for my missing valuables and damaged furniture; however, I still realize many other things were taken. I would not use this company at all. I will keep warning people from my experience because it is terrible when these packers or company owners take your precious valuables. It is so devastating! Don't use this company...

I am not happy with how they scam you out of more money. As I see it they work two different…read moreangles. The agent quotes you a number way above where it should be saying it's just an estimate and that they'd rather shoot high so when the final numbers come in it will likely not be over. Knowing clearly my little move would not take 5 hours, I still accepted the offer. I've had much larger moves that didn't take that much time. Then, they add their estimated materials into those numbers. I asked for a breakdown of what those materials were and my representative said boxes for my electronics which I told him that they aren't taking any of my electronics. He said they'd take it off on the back end. The other angle: the movers. What ends up happening is the movers take that "over the top" estimated time and stretch it out as long as they can. Ultimately there is NO WAY my tiny move needed to take 5 hours but that is what they stretched it out to be. The company / agent charged me the full amount, no questions asked. I had to file a complaint and the only reason I am giving them two stars instead of zero is because they did the right thing and adjusted my final amount after I submitted a complaint. Everyone is out to make a buck and they take advantage of you by doing this method in hopes you won't pay attention.
