You can't make this chit up... ! I struggled with whether or not to give this review because I know people are struggling to make a buck these days however, we are all pretty much in the same boat valuing every dollar. As I laid in bed last night and it LITERALLY fell apart, that was the last straw and the decision was made so here's the tea: I hired four movers, none of which could speak English, and I mean NONE. #1, you get what you pay for and they are probably one of the lowest bids you're going to get. That being said time is money and it's going to take you twice as long to get your move accomplished because of the four of them only one knew what he was doing. The other three argued with him constantly taking more time and only one had any real strength and none of them spoke English so I couldn't direct them myself. Usually one or two or were actually working and the other two spectating. Luis from Venezuela, was more than happy to offer to reassemble something or disassemble something like a bed. However, he actually doesn't know what he's doing even when it comes to finding the right drillbit or a tool to tighten some screws. I am not exaggerating. Hand to God. Hence, the fact that lying in bed last night, my headboard fell off. That's when I decided to do you a favor and write this very fair review. To their credit nothing got broken. And I do have some larger heavier items that are delicate like mirrors and mirrored furniture. They will take a lunch break that's supposed to last 25 minutes, but you won't see them for an hour. You will be charged for half of that hour anyway. Do not pay them to disassemble and reassemble anything that you can do yourself because that takes them two or three times the amount of time it would take anyone handy with a drill. My advice is if you do use them, only hire two men. Most likely they will send their strongest and brightest since you only hire two. And that way, the two of them will most likely be working nonstop. If you are savier than me, and know how to use Google translate, etc. that may also come in handy. I have to say that was the most frustrating part of my day as they would indicate through pointing/hand gestures etc., wanting to help me with something, but I would have to say no because I knew it would be so frustrating, Trying to explain when they literally cannot understand a word I'm saying and vice versa. I've moved probably 30+ times and this is the 1st time I haven't tipped my movers. One of them even had the nerve to ask me for a phone charger because he was texting constantly, and his phone died. Like I said, you can't make this chit up.

You get what you pay for. I went with this company because they gave me the lowest estimate to move a sofa 40 minutes away--$207.

You get what you pay for. I went with this company because they gave me the lowest estimate to move a sofa 40 minutes away--$207. I wish I had not done so. I just purchased a beautiful white velvet couch and now there is a massive seven inch rip in the top. The mover did nothing to protect the fabric on the way in and now I have an unfixable rip in velvet. I hope the company refunds the cost of the move at minimum and pays for the couch that is ruined.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Shockingly Different From Last Year…read more I used this company a year ago and had a great experience, which is the only reason I decided to book with them again. Unfortunately, this move was the complete opposite. The movers showed up smelly and unprofessional, and they argued with each other the entire time they were in my home. It was uncomfortable to watch, and on top of that, they were clearly milking the clock rather than working efficiently. When my furniture arrived, several pieces were damaged--including an $800 dresser with two legs broken off, leaving it unable to stand. Three lamp shades never made it into my home during unloading, and the company initially denied they were ever part of the move. For a whole week, they ignored my calls and messages about reimbursement, after saying they would get back to me in 24 hours. They only responded once my father got involved, and even then, their offer was insulting: $70 for the three missing lamp shades and $0 for the ruined dresser. I'm extremely disappointed in how drastically their service quality declined. This company is now unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to take responsibility. I regret booking with them again, and I strongly suggest choosing a different moving company if you want your belongings--and peace of mind--protected.

Everything went seamlessly and was handled with great care. I live by reviews and wanted to add my input on this company b/c I saw a couple of reviews that were not 5star. So glad I stuck with my guns and used them. Eric and his crew were accommodating to my last-minute request, picked up my items, and charged me a 1/3 of what other companies were quoting (i.e. Two Men wanted 3x the money for the same job and tried to "scare me" into thinking that if I didnt use a big name that I would be scammed).

I just moved this weekend from West Nashville to Franklin and these guys could not have done a better job. The quote process was quick and easy. They are super responsive and communicate well. Move time was noon on Saturday. I received a text from them around 11:40am saying running a few behind but would be there by 12:15pm or so. Once they showed it was a breeze! Huge truck and 5 guys, they had my 2 bed/2 bath apartment loaded into that truck in less than 30 minutes. I think the drive to the new place was longer than the load time. Again, super quick unload and they were all so kind, and very careful with your items. 3 hour minimum so I ended up paying for longer than what they worked, but that is moving company standards, and I've done that with just about every move I've ever done. Kudos to Jonathan and his team. Thank you for making a stressful process a little less stressful!

We hired them specifically to load our truck. While their pricing was slightly higher than other quotes we received, our previous experience with them gave us complete confidence that the job would be done right. Their team is highly skilled and efficient. I highly recommend Muscle Men Movers, they are absolutely worth the money!

However, after they left I found several issues. They dragged the tub through a tight turn, which left a mark and gouge on my hardwood floor. This also chipped the porcelain on the tub rim. I told them the tub had to be on its side to go through the bathroom door. They tried it the other way and gouged the door casing on both sides. At some point, they chipped the porcelain on the base. The owner was apologetic and promised to send someone to look at the damage. No one ever called. I fixed the chips, scratches, and gouges myself. They charged $500 for this project and kept telling me what a favor they were doing me by not charging more.
