Huge shoutout to Load-N-Go Junk Removal & Hauling for coming through for me tonight!…read more I ordered new furniture a few weeks ago and was told I'd be notified when it was going to be delivered. Apparently, their definition of "notification" was letting me discover two giant boxes sitting in my front yard when I got home. Surprise! Nothing says "Welcome home" quite like an unexpected furniture obstacle course. Of course, there was one tiny problem: I still had to get the old furniture OUT before I could get the new furniture IN. Because why would this be simple? Thankfully, Sam and Eli came to the rescue. They responded quickly and truly went above and beyond to help me out. They were professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. If you need furniture or junk removal, I highly recommend Load-N-Go. They turned my surprise furniture delivery disaster into a problem solved. They definitely saved the day -- and possibly my sanity!

Rolled with changes as they came up including my daughter packing her stuff terribly and having so much more crap than I told them they'd be moving. Super nice - the kind of people you'd enjoy meeting in real life. I like the truck and labor model of using uHauls and part timers because it has to give more flexibility without increasing price. Cost was also a big plus. cons: really the only con was speed. These are not the movers you imagine who look like the Hulk and just move non stop. If you need the move to happen as quickly as humanly possible maybe this isn't a great choice, but the reality is the rate was so low and there was no trip charge for me so the cost was still in my expected range.
