They inspected the job and proposed repairs to which I agreed and paid them half their quote to do the work. After spending less than four hours at the site, they did very little to identify the source of the leak but only spread silicone sealant on the wall panels over a large area the wall that looked terrible. They left considering the work done and were expect the balance of the payment. They have since agreed to reduce the cost of the work (ackowledging the sub-standard result), that normally I would have expected a full refund for, since it was done so poorly. I now have to replace the wall as it is beyond repairing in a way that would be acceptable. Do not work with this company.

The team worked quickly, precisely, and paid attention to the details - like placing additional diverters where we get the largest amount of runoff from the roof. I couldn't be more impressed and won over by their service and expertise. Value-wise, they weren't the cheapest bid I received. However, no other company would stand behind their work for 10 years. And now having seen their team in action, I know I won't have to worry about those gutters for at least that long, and that peace of mind is worth more to me than what I paid. Thanks Lone Star!

I needed help correcting an issue I had with my house over heating in the Texas sun since the builder of my house cut corners and didn't build adequate ventilation into the attic. Chris and his team fixed the issue for me, something I have been fighting with the builder and home warranty folks for 2 YEARS! I had gotten 5 different quotes on what I wanted done to my house and Chris and his staff were the ONLY ones that didn't try to tell me I needed more work done than I wanted. Didn't try to tell me they would contact my insurance for me to try to get me a whole new roof and didn't sound like they were trying to scam me. The entire staff was very skilled at what they do, did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing and brought any issues they had to my attention right away. On top of all of that, they are a family run business and I am always trying to support businesses like this! If you need work done on your roof, whether reroofing, ventilation, repairs etc, I HIGHLY recommend these folks!

My previous experiences with contractors have ranged from marginal to good, but our experience with Impact Renovations has been exceptional. We first contacted Impact about renovating an old outbuilding on our property that had a partially collapsed roof. From our initial discussions about what we wanted, to the specifications, timeline, and expected quality of the work, we were impressed by their thoroughness, professionalism, and responsiveness. We signed a contract in late May 2026, with completion estimated at 6-8 weeks, and they were remarkably close to that timeline. Throughout the project, communication was excellent. I always knew what to expect, when to expect it, and who would be on site. My primary contacts were Eric and Bryan, and both were personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We especially appreciated that Eric and Bryan, who is also a co-owner, were regularly on site to inspect the work and make sure everything was progressing properly. Brandon, the other owner, also stopped by to inspect the project and discuss an unexpected issue that arose. Because this was a renovation of an 85-year-old building, we encountered numerous unexpected problems along the way, including several walls that had to be partially removed and rebuilt in order to complete the project. Impact took every challenge in stride, and the end result far exceeded our expectations. In fact, the building was truly a wreck when they started. Before contacting Impact, we had even obtained estimates to simply demolish it. Seeing what they were able to accomplish was incredibly impressive. If you're considering a renovation or construction project, I strongly recommend talking with Impact Renovations before selecting a contractor. We couldn't be happier with the work they did for us, and we would absolutely use them again.
