After her death to cancer I gave up on that and concentrated on running my business. My 77th birthday I decided to do the trip after a friend gave me tickets to Winfield, only I decided to do the tour on a motorcycle, specifically a Harley Davidson Heritage. I was looking for a specific color only done in 2025. Dallas Harley Davidson had what I was looking for. They made it so easy for me, and stored the bike from May to September when I was able to pick it up today, the 11th. I've been riding over 60 years and have spent a lot of time in motorcycles shops primarily in Colorado, Wyoming, and Alaska. Dallas Harley Davidson is the best of the lot, no contest. I would suggest Alaska HD dealers visit this shop and see how it should be done. When I walked in they were ready for me. The bike was detailed and serviced, gassed up and waiting. This, after a plane trip from Alaska the night before, where a lot went wrong. Plus they were so friendly and helpful. Everyone. I can't single out individuals because I want to leave anyone out. Every person employee was amazing, it's exactly how I hope my employees represent my company. I mentioned to them that I didn't bring any shirts packed because I would document my trip with t-shirts. They gave me the choice of any two shirts in the place! In a world where we can be greatly disappointed when things go wrong, and they often do, it is wonderful when something goes 100% right. The ride to Alaska is a little too much into fall snow season, so I told them that I was going to store it somewhere until spring before heading further north. Their sales manager asked if I had a place to store it and I said I had a couple of leads. When I left the shop today I had a place in Seattle to store it. How great is that? Not to mention that the bike is amazing. Thanks Dallas Harley Davidson for helping a huge bucket list item come off without a hitch.

I was looking for a few tee shirts for guys I used to work with back in El Paso. The gals in the clothing sales department were amazing - the shirts they have in stock right now rock! I also need help getting some riding gear for myself- I needed a lightweight jacket that had the protection in it in case I take a tumble- I came home with a great jacket! I've attempted to purchase bikes here twice, but walked away both times because their prices were significantly higher than Texas Harley and Fort Worth Harley. Most recently, on 6/26/25, I called looking for service specials. I was told about a 3-hole oil change with synthetic for $180 -- a deal that sounded too good to be true. I confirmed the details twice before booking a 5 PM appointment for 6/30/25. After fighting through an hour of traffic to get there, the first thing I was told was, "Whew, that's going to be pushing it." You're the one who scheduled the appointment. Then, I was informed there must have been a "miscommunication" and the quote was for a basic oil change only. For comparison, I called Texas Harley today -- they clearly quoted $199 for a 3-hole oil change and $295 with synthetic. Confirmed it with them four times. Longhorn, on the other hand, continues to waste my time and play games. This is the first review I've ever written, as I typically let things slide. But enough is enough. Every experience here has been a joke. I won't be coming back. Get your act together.

Turns out I had a faulty rear cam phase wire. Unfortunately, I am out of warranty with only 3100 miles on my bike. Maverick service team stepped up, got it fixed and sorted it out with Harley Corporate. I have owned a lot of bikes over the years and I can say Maverick always goes above and beyond to take care of my bike. Trip and Dane are always great to deal with!!

Did my own research. They never called to give updates. After calling them, they said there was a bend valve and had to send the head(s) to a third party shop for repair. To get an update I called and was told they broke a bolt and didn't mention the bent valve, and they were still waiting for the head(s) to be repaired. Took them three weeks and again I had to call to get updates. Once they finally reassembled the bike it still wasn't running properly and wanted me to come pick it. After arriving at the shop I noticed they broke both antennas off and the leather on the seat buttons was scraped off down to raw metal. After holding my bike hostage for three months they couldn't help me find the parts to fix my bike and charged me $1,958.00 for nothing. THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR BIKE TO BURLESON HARLEY DAVIDSON.
