I also purchased an air filter and new wiper blades that they installed during the oil change. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I was told they filled up my washer fluid. I didn't ask for that to be done however it was part of the service. Unfortunately, they did not fill up the fluid. The next day it rained and I needed to wash my windshield while driving. There was absolutely no fluid at all. I had to fill it myself. If I had known it was bone dry I would have filled it but I was told specifically that they had filled it up, which was not true. Hopefully they checked my other fluids and tire pressure as they stated!

I had received an email showing a vehicle I might be interested in. Again the vehicle was not available. This time the salesperson offered to drive the car to me the next day and presented me with an attractive price on the vehicle. I understand the nature of businesses in smaller towns so I appreciate the attention to the matter. The inventory in smaller town dealerships must be somewhat smaller than in larger cities. But the fact of the matter is this dealership is willing to take the extra steps to help facilitate the sale. This shows me that the dealer does value my time as a customer. Now back to the vehicle purchase... I'm looking forward to checking out the vehicle when the representative comes to visit. It looks like what I'm looking for and the pricing seems competitive! Looked up local mobile mechanics and called Shawn. He was there in under 45 minutes and had me on the road in less than 2 hours. Fast Professional and KIND!! Every time I tried to beat myself up over the mistake I made he would just remind me that mistakes happen and we will just work this one out!! He was right he knew exactly what to do and executed it quickly and efficiently. Now here is the beautiful piece to this story that does not happen very often.
