Products are products no matter where you buy them, of course, but we've found the employees to be pretty consistently helpful and often knowledgeable. They carry a decent stock of office supplies -- we have never observed any major shortages -- and the pricing is about what you'd expect. The store is clean, the guy at the copy and printing center very helpful, and there's lots of easy parking outside.

They then proceed to tell me that the repair will be done on Friday. I call back on monday and said it will be done on Saturday. Finally got the text, saying it will be shipped out next day air. Let's see what the repair is like. Since I haven't received the phone back yet. This would be first time fix for a Samsung phone. I've used them with a laptop and got similar experience. This is the last time i am using Asurion in Hamden. I'll drive 30+ minutes to get my device fixed at another Asurion (Poughkeepsie, NY) if needed.
