After trying to treat them myself with Venum, which somewhat helped, I'd see that more developed. But when I developed a rash on the bottom calf of my left leg, which I scratched so badly one night that I had drawn blood everywhere I knew it was time to see someone. I was referred to Kara Mann, PA at Reading Dermatology. After I gave the history of these, foreign to me, growths & rash to he MA, Kara came in with what to me looked like a smaller type propane tank, but in fact it was a ?Propane? tank that froze the things on my legs which dried them up & they all fell off in about 2 weeks & are gone!! Mind you there are marks where they were, which will fade in time. I returned for my 6 week check up, had something on my neck blasted, & now she's sending me for a full body skin scan. I'm so very pleased to have gone here but even more please to have found Kara Mann, PA for whom is treating me.

Come back again so we can cut more of your neck! And each time, it's painful for my husband and about $800 out out of our pocket. Makes me wonder if they just would have removed it the first time ...like really...

I stood knocking at the front door immediately following my last donation watching employees ignore me as blood gushed down my arm from a poor stick and wrap job. The sleeve of my jacket was soaked and steering wheel had blood all over it from driving home without any care. The majority of employees are unprofessional and rude. A phlebotomist, Kelly, walked away after asking for my full name and last four mumbling something about my attitude and refused to help the phlebotomist sticking me. After watching that same phlebotomist (Kelly) and two others stand around after acknowledging that I had been standing in the front of the line to be seated and get my blood drawn. This was also after watching two other employees stand around, one on her cell phone, while standing in a line of 5 to get seated at the counter for vitals. The girl behind me was cursing the employees and how long it was taking. The only reason I've been coming here is because it's the only option within 50 miles I've found (so far) to donate plasma since moving to the area. I don't believe any of the phlebotomists have experience - I'm a nursing student working at a hospital and draw blood every shift and am basing this off my experience. I've watched multiple people get stuck a second time or refuse to get stuck a second time every time I come in. Including myself. I just watched an employee walk out during her shift. The second time I came in I finished donating before another customer but was discharged after him because he told the phlebotomist he was in a hurry. Don't expect to be out of this place in less than 2-3 hours after your first time. I've been to two other Plasma donation centers over the last 10 or so years and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - not until they have a mass exodus of current employees. I'd still be going to CSL Plasma in Mechanicsburg if it was close enough. Right now I only wanted to come here while I get $50 for the first 5 donations, but I feel like I've given them too many chances and now I'm done.

In ALL areas these persons are universally 1. professional, 2. skilled, 3. non-fake, kind, and caring, 4. qualified. Maybe it is not important for care, but I thought a reader of this review would want to know that I never skipped any of my 90 meals because the food is great. I gained 14 lbs. If you are a prospective client, the therapy is engaging and effective. Plan on hours of group work a day. Root cause therapy happens, not just coping skills. I do not know if the staff created the atmosphere, but the patient culture is terrific, and peers will help you, and some will be lifelong friends and supporters. The rooms are good; expect a roomate in most cases. The nursing staff is skilled & professional and always with a smile, but I could use that same superlative with all the groups of staff. You will like the staff. You will like the treatment. You will like the food. You will like the bed. You will like the firepit, cornhole, pickleball, gym, etc. The treatment will work if you work. The ability to keep in touch with work, friends, and family is part of the philosophy--you keep your phone and laptop. You can't work full-time, but more than a few of us got work done, and the phone absolutely helps in preparing your life after discharge. I think most patients end up using it to communicate with other patients. The facility is not full-blown Ritz luxury, but it is not even close to being a dump. If it were a hotel, it would be a Hampton Inn, and I saw a pattern of continuous upgrading, so maybe it will be luxurious in the future. Who cares? Vacation amenities are not really the point of staying here. Definitely clean, safe, and secure if that is a concern.

There is zero standard order of procedure and I was encouraged to engage in a class that promoted racism. The facility itself is run down and the roof leaks consistently which explains the black mold throughout the main building. The administration is lacking in the ability to operate a treatment center to say the least. I honestly feel bad for the therapists that are trying their best and the techs that are ran ragged. If you're looking for this area in particular there are many options that are well above this place such as the Ranch of PA or Brookdale. The staff knows each resident and each resident's visitors. My mother-in-law was a resident at Mosser Nursing Home until her recent death. Throughout her entire 2+ year stay, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our questions were answered and inquiries about things attended to quickly. Any time there was a change in MIL's condition, we got a phone call. During her last days, many of the staff came in to say goodbye (even though she wasn't fully conscious) and to tell her they loved her. Also during this time, our family stayed around the clock with her and we were pleased to see the care given to all the residents even in the wee hours. During a hospital stay, the medical staff commented frequently at the absence of bed sores; we know this is due to the great care my mother-in-law got at Mosser. As a family, we are glad we found Mosser.
