Before writing this review, I contacted the business. I was told to "just eat the poorly sealed ones first." Really? We paid extra for vacuum sealing to avoid having to rush through the fish. I was also reminded that the seals aren't guaranteed, which I understand--but they should at least be sealed properly when I pick them up. They sell meat in their store, and I guarantee they wouldn't sell anything in the condition they gave me. I love supporting local businesses, but as customers, we also have to be mindful of where we spend our money. This wasn't a cheap service, and the lack of care and follow-through and customer service was incredibly disappointing.
