They needed to keep my car overnight (huge inconvienence) because they didn't have a hose in stock (Really?) They then installed a new hose for $133 and performed a coolant flush for $179. There was an unexplained coolant conditioner fee of $39. Then after paying $475, I went out to check the car and they had installed the new hose with the non-Toyota universal clamps! Apparently, the service writer didn't know that clamps had to be ordered separately. I am beyond frustrated with lack of communication between the service writer and the techs and for the excessive costs for minor service. All would have been OK if they had done the repair correctly, now I have to bring it back another time, or take it somewhere else to be fixed correctly. Bottom line, if you're not in warranty, find another place to take your car.
