They explained that the wrong non-Toyota clamps had been used and were overtightened (My oversight). They needed to keep my car overnight (huge inconvienence) because they didn't have a hose in stock (Really?) They then installed a new hose for $133 and performed a coolant flush for $179. There was an unexplained coolant conditioner fee of $39. Then after paying $475, I went out to check the car and they had installed the new hose with the non-Toyota universal clamps! Apparently, the service writer didn't know that clamps had to be ordered separately. I am beyond frustrated with lack of communication between the service writer and the techs and for the excessive costs for minor service. All would have been OK if they had done the repair correctly, now I have to bring it back another time, or take it somewhere else to be fixed correctly. Bottom line, if you're not in warranty, find another place to take your car.

So we chose to get one at Lebanon auto sales and let me tell you BIG MISTAKE !! day 3 after taking my 2016 Nissan Rouge off the lot it had trunk hatch issues -wouldn't open , took it in, they fixed it few days later got it back then about couple weeks later or so the vehicle had transmission issues was dogn around wouldn't go, making horrible noises,not shifting right took it in for a 2nd time, they looked at it claimed they couldn't find anything cleared the codes and in a few days later sent me on my way! not to mention they had given me a rental, which once I started down the road with it the damn thing started screaming and beeping at me tire pressure levels were all over the place and said time for oil change ..like really! not only do u sell me a piece of shit vehicle u put me in a piece of shit rental too . ""Um hello !! "shouldn't ur rentals be up to par and any issues updated and fixed before u give them out to ppl to use"" I was so mad at them! At this point I was feeling like if u buy a vehicle from a dealership u should not have any issues with it for a long period of time considering all the money we are freakn spending on the thing.. especially with in the first week of purchasing a vehicle !! The story: We were looking for a used suv that had AWD, low miles, comfortable price, and seated seven. ( we have a teen daughter and are always driving, picking-up, dropping-off her and her friends. ) So we were at Ebersole Bros. and we met sales consultant Barry Fornwalt. Barry was nice, approachable and knowledgeable on all the cars we looked at. But most importantly he was not pushy nor was using those sales lines like, "let's crunch some numbers", or "let me talk to the manager". In fact he didn't hover at all. He let us browse and come to him when we chose one to test drive (there were 3). *One didn't have AWD, *the other was great but it had no ...'je ne sais quoi' to it. And the *third was great too and had style. We test drove the three, Barry answered all of our question & concerns. So we decided we would think on it. Add it to the list of other dealerships and cars we liked. A couple days later as I drive through my own neighborhood I saw an *suv and I thought 'huh, we never looked at those'. A Google search showed a nice one at a dealership close to us. It met all our parameters and I even liked the color. Only thing was we wished to buy from Barry and Ebersole. So we called Barry, explained the situation and he said "no problem. We'll buy it off of them and you buy it off of us. Same price". I think it took a couple of days but it was very well worth it. So in closing, if your looking for a pre-owned car or truck check out Ebersole Bros. and ask for Barry Fornwalt. *I didn't disclose the suv brands mainly because I didn't want to sway anyone's opinion one way or the other.

Not even 24 hours later, the jeep would not drive, and the so called issue of dirty gas that we were warned about as the "only" thing wrong? Not even close. Everything from rusted out wheel bearing, to broken grounds in the oxygen sensor ciruit, our mechanic says that this vehicle is going to be nothing but problem after problem with pricy fixes. We are so disappointed with this jeep and not happy feeling like this company took advantage of us as well as a young girl. If they had gotten the jeep looked at as they claimed, there is no way it should have been sold. I will not be recommending this company or ever be willing to do repeat business with them.
