I absolutely love the experience at the Spa at Four Season Palm Beach. Not only is the experience…read moreextraordinary, but the actual massage was one of the best I've ever had. My therapist today was Laura, and she was incredible! Her strength was absolutely surprising, and she had an incredible rhythm that can put you to sleep. She was very thorough and explained the service I had chosen, she made sure to check in with how I was feeling, and then allowed me to truly disconnect and just enjoy the treatment. After my massage, I took advantage of the steam room and the showers. As expected, they provided anything you could ever need, from hair ties, to shaving and dental kits. It was an incredible way to spend my morning and after 4 hrs of being spoiled, I wished I had reserved a room there for the day so I could enjoy my time there even more.

The facilities are small but deliver. The steam room is super hot and large, although when I was there, only one person at a time was supposed to be in it due to Covid. Lucky for me, not a ton of people spend Christmas at a spa, so most of the time I was there, I had the steam room to myself. The whirlpool was way too tepid for my taste...heat it up! The showers were large and had some nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and soap. Although the soap was rather minty and irritated my sensitive skin a bit. The lounge area, both coed and women's were fully stocked with some of the tastiest snacks, tea and infused water. The massage room itself had this amazing blue lighting. It really made the massage extra relaxing. And the hydraulic table made lying on my back extra comfortable. It was able to conform to my body perfectly. My therapist was incredible! I have had more massages than I can count. Over 100, all over the world. Santa was must have thought I was very good this year, because the massage I received at Four Seasons Palm Beach was the best I've ever had. I don't say that lightly! Thank you Rosie! (I'm reluctant to give your name, you might get all booked up when I need you! Lol) She started the intake telling me what deep tissue was. Being that I'm a self-proclaimed massage officinodo and a massage therapist myself, I piped up exactly what I was looking for. Rosie was very professional and utilized her five-star training to allow me to express my needs and wants. She totally got that I wasn't new to this. And the best part, she delivered. I asked for a deep circulatory massage without a ton of elbows and trigger point work and she gave me this amazing, deep, full body massage extravaganza! It was only 50 mins but it felt like 2 hours! It was a massage that was smart and logical and every stroke made sense. The spa attendees were very gracious and present enough to be there when you needed, but not overbearing making you feel like you were getting in the way of their work. The spa boutique had lots of great skincare lines and some really pretty jewelry and candles/diffusers. And the front desk personal were very sweet and welcoming. Just walking through Four Seasons is relaxing. It's such a pretty hotel. And the complimentary valet parking was icing on the cake! What a great Christmas! Thank you!

The…read morestaff goes above and beyond, and the complimentary snacks around the pool--along with the readily available sunscreen--were a very nice and thoughtful touch. That said, it's honestly shocking that a resort of this caliber still does not have a working gym. This was really unfortunate, especially since I was traveling with kids and couldn't easily leave the property to take advantage of the outside gyms they offer to cover. For a luxury resort, an on-site gym feels like a basic expectation. Overall, a wonderful stay in many ways, but the lack of a functional gym was a significant disappointment.

You couldn't even see it and was so cold. We had a grilled cheese sandwich that was good. That's why I gave it a one point. They never bought over teaspoons for the coffee nor salt nor ketchup for the fries. I had to get up several times to get the Waiter. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. We did express ourselves to Sterling a manager at the restaurant. Very nice and attentive manager. Just and I could be wrong but if I had local customers being so unsatisfied with the service and the food I have have at the least offered them a drink or dessert to say I apologize and come back again. But that is my opinion and good customer service. Ok. Enough. lol Happy New Year to everyone.

I have a massage therapist friend who I've been spoiled by but I was specifically looking for someone who offered couple's massage and my friend (who works alone) doesn't have the ability to offer that service. I wanted someone non-corporate, preferably local, with experience, intuitive touch, offers couple's massage (OR at least had ability to at take us the same time in separate rooms) AND available on Sunday...at last minute. Easy, right? Well, Michelle and her partner Amber actually provided ALL of that. I was actually in such disbelief that I was (shamefully) initially skeptical. We were warmly greeted outside of the building by Michelle and then led upstairs to the suites. She gave us the option of individual rooms or a shared room. We chose shared. The rooms are super cute, beautifully decorated and comfortable. They discussed our needs/aches/pressure requirements with us individually and then left us to disrobe. When they returned, we were prepped with oil aromatherapy and then they did their thing!!! Our massages were epic. They used hot stones and everything. So professional...so thorough. We will definitely be back! Highly highly recommend!

4.5. This review is well overdue since it's been several years since I came here on a girls trip,…read morethough overall the experience was positive. We arrived on a Friday afternoon in June around 1:30pm, with appointments for 6 booked in advance with the spa about 1 month prior. The actual treatments started between 2:30-3pm, though we arrived earlier in advance based on the spa's directions and also bc we wanted to have time to spend in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room prior to our treatments. The staff was very friendly and helpful at reception and after checking us in, started the afternoon with a candle-lighting ceremony to release our stresses and prepare for a restorative environment, followed by a tour of the facilities. We then got changed in the locker area and headed inside. They provided a glass of champagne at the time, and lounge areas to sit and relax while not in the jacuzzi area. Unfortunately it was raining outside when we went so we couldn't enjoy the garden area (I really wanted to try the swings, they looked fun lol), but our entire party agreed the service and experience was fabulous. They allowed us to individually pay for each service although we had made the total booking together. When we went maybe bc it was a weekday it wasn't too crowded, there were a couple parties that arrived after us. It didn't feel like we had to wait around for space to open up. I didn't order food here so can't comment on that. Sounds like they've enacted a no photography policy inside the spa since I visited, which makes sense given the sensitive nature of changing areas, and I've been to other spas since then where this is the case. I can see why it could be a privacy concern, and not everyone has the same level of discretion in what's posted online.

Also, they allow you to use all of the facilities the entire day, so keep that in mind. The massage was $240 plus tip and tax (FYI). They suggest you arrive 30-45 min early. This is because they want to give you a tour of the facilities and a glass of bubbles before your massage. We came to the resort early, but went to Pulpo for lunch. Anyway, they gave us candles to put in their little well to make a wish and showed us to the locker rooms. They have a their own restaurant, so you can order lunch in your robes if you like! The massage itself was okay. It seemed short, but the masseuse was extremely professional and very hospitable. However, the facilities are awesome. We enjoyed lounging outside on the swings and couches, the whirlpools and saunas and the comfortable relaxing massing chairs inside. The staff was also very friendly and kind!

I was told that the Yoga class was no longer offered and I must have bought a very old Groupon. I told her I bought it 5 minutes earlier and asked to speak to the manager. Long story short, I had to leave THREE messages to be graced with a phone call back, and was told again that they no longer provide the Yoga class as part of the package. I feel the Groupon was misleading so beware if you see the same advertisement (I still see it posted on Groupon although I emailed them as a complaint). We stayed with the package although we could have gotten a refund from Groupon. The hotel is very nice, and we were able to use the pool and showers. The shower pipes made a terrible shaking screaming noise that went on forever...that I could hear over the hairdryer! Anyway - on to the massage and facial. Just Ok. Nothing really good or bad to say there. We waited in the quiet area and then had a couples massage that was nice, then split up for facials. With the Groupon, it is worth two hours of treatments, but they didn't wow me, and the front desk and management was not responsive. It def. is not worth full price since there is so much better in the area, but at half the cost, it is priced about right.

Cons: locker room is down stairs, so you get into your robe, walk THROUGH the lobby and up a flight of stairs to the spa. Yup, through the lobby in your robe. No amenities. no whirlpool, steam room.. nothing. The pool is in the parking lot. so again in your robe, walking through the lobby to go to the pool. The spa seems more of an after thought instead of part of the resort. If they do another groupon I will go, but if I had to pay full price I would be upset.
