They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. This injector is a trained Neurologist. It is concerning that this could inadvertently happen. I scheduled an appt. on line to have this taken care of. I was charged $44 for 4 units botox to relax the muscle. It resolved the issue caused by them and an additional charge to me. My lips are fine, though I feel they aren't full enough. The rest of my botox seems okay. I am sure this was not the norm, but they should have taken care of it with no additional charge to me.
