Some are more gentle and some are very firm and the massage has been painful at the start. When I'm there it's on me to ask for the pressure level I want, so if you remember that, it's a good experience. Clean room, towels, and chairs, quiet, dark room. For me it's perfect.

Before my appointment, the front desk called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later, and I happily accommodated their request by arriving for a 4:30 PM appointment. My massage therapist, Mike, didn't actually begin my massage until around 4:40 PM and finished at 6:00 PM, so I received only about 80 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I paid for. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my massage was. I explained that I didn't receive the full 90 minutes. Instead of apologizing or looking into it, she simply asked whether I wanted to pay by cash or credit. Even though I didn't receive the full service, I still left a 15% tip. To my surprise, the front desk then asked if I could tip more. I explained that I hadn't even received the full massage I paid for and was already tipping on the full amount. Being asked to increase my tip under those circumstances was inappropriate and honestly left me speechless. Only after I raised the issue again did she say she would check the cameras and speak with the therapist. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing 10 minutes of my massage--it was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service afterward. As someone who has supported this business in the past, I expected much better. I hope management reviews what happened and improves how situations like this are handled because this experience has made me think twice about returning.

When I told him I wanted deep, he might as well put on a wet suit and air tank, because he went deep. I have been having stress headaches and so much tension on my neck and shoulders that it was unbearable. I was desperate and in pain. I'm glad I found them! The place is super clean and relaxing. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because there is no real communication with the staff and they lead you into the room and don't really tell you what to do. Do I take of my jewelry or not? They give you a sheet that's about the size of a king size pillow case and I had no idea what to do. Do I wrap myself in it? So many questions. Once mike came in, he fixed my sheet and put it the long way. They work over it and don't really touch your bare skin until halfway through when they put the oil, hot stones (which are heaven-I might add) and then they wipe you all down with a steaming hot towel. They had the bars from wall to wall to walk on you, I think mike didn't do because he was a man and I'm a lady, but I will Definitely ask for that next time. I'm obviously a masochist!! Now that I know what to expect I'm sure it will be a 5 star experience next time and who knows I may treat a few friends for Mother's Day for a foot massage day of spoiling.
