Lucy did not answer when she was treating a client (respectfully) when I first called, but responded promptly to accommodate. She accommodated me even with my last minute request, and came in on a Saturday to accommodate. She greeted us at the door and even offered me a Chinese medicine for my own personal injury. She has a gold heart. She gave my boyfriend such a thorough massage, the only time her hands weren't working, was when she was putting oil on her hands.
