As a stay-at-home mom and full-time student, I had fallen way behind on laundry, and she truly came through for me. She handled about four full bags of my family's laundry with care. Turnaround time was just two business days, so fast. This service honestly saved me days of work. I gladly traded money for time and energy I didn't have, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

We have been coming to this cleaners for years and enjoy their reliability and turnaround time…read more Good hours and for the most part friendly staff. Although in a pandemic with multiple variants present currently, the staff member while I was there did not wear a mask and the customers did not wear masks while going in. There also was no enforcement of masks nor signage anywhere visible that said they were taking precautions or following any guidelines of the CDC. Myself and one other customer, out of five people that came in, were wearing masks. I'm not sure if other employees on other days may possibly wear their masks and follow proper guidelines, but today was definitely not the case. Laundry service is good and always has been but I definitely didn't feel too safe and/or assured that the employees and the establishment as a whole was doing their part to stop the spread of this ugly virus.

After countless washings and picking and biting, the satin binding began to come undone. He continued to pull at it and bite it until almost one side was off and the two sides of the blanket were coming apart. We needed an emergency seamstress! I've come here in the past for some quick tailoring, so I knew the quality of the work. Located in the Stater Bros and Rite Aid shopping plaza, it's easy to get to with ample parking. When my wife brought the blanket in, the seamstress was so understanding and empathetic knowing that my baby couldn't sleep without his blankey, so she assured us that it would be ready in 5 hours. 3 hours later. I happened to be in the neighborhood and I called if I could pick up the blanket early and it was DONE! Wow, the repair was flawless and early to boot and my 3 year old is happy and sleeping soundly... at least for the next hour. Then he's up until 11pm! Sigh, if only the seamstress could fix his sleeping habits...

I don't usually go to laundromats since I have a washer and dryer at home, but I had a lot of…read morelaundry to get through, so I decided to try this spot and I'm honestly impressed. First off, this place is way ahead of its time. You can still use quarters, but they also have this Bluetooth/app system that connects to the washers and dryers, which feels super modern. It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back.
