To me, this means they use quality products. They also are very sanitary. Everything is in sealed pouches and they have a sterilizer. I'm always happy when I walk in thus nail shops and greeted with a friendly hello, they all know my name and they are very welcoming to all that walk-in for services ! Moon and Pat are two of the best in both pedicure, manicure and acrylics/gel! I've only had someone different doing my pedicure on one visit. The two ladies who greeted me were enthusiastic and welcoming and offered me a drink. It's those little things that make an experience special. It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) So I settled in for a long service...and it ended up being about the same amount of time I would have spent for a regular fill. She was efficient. The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect. As I checked out, they gave me a gift-a lovely green tea hand lotion. I felt like a superstar and was very happy with my nails.
