Mr. Pete your the best. Although, with my order I ran into a small issue- Mr. Pete came to my rescue and made 3 year old toddler had a blast for her birthday with the snow. Had a very bad experience with this company couple of weeks ago. Had a private event and needed ice for delivery, called guys on Monday to make delivery for Saturday. Very nice and supportive clerk on the line who wrote my address and charged me (via credit card). Here we go it's Saturday and it's time of my delivery, I'm waiting for 15 minutes after agreed time, clerk replies, says sorry and puts me in contact with driver, driver tells me they sent him to Venice(delivery was supposed to be in DTLA). Driver tells me he will be in 15 min. I waited for 75 minutes and driver showed up. Unfortunately I couldn't pour any drinks for 75 minutes which is catastrophic. Next day I called company to ask for refund, have been in contact with owner Joe for about 3 weeks now but he is being rude and says he will not refund anything even a half. Tried multiple times but when Joe is not in the office I just get "he will contact you asap" but he never did. When he is in the office then he just tries to teach me that I need to order ice 2 hours prior to event and I just don't get it, should I expect 2 hours late delivery so that wouldn't happen again? Anyways, not gonna use this company again. Ice was good and clerks were on point, as well as driver, but owner Joe killed my experience. read more

I spoke with Kevin from Crystal Ice on Friday, December 6th and was trying to place an order for ice delivery. On the phone he admitted to falling asleep as he was overworked from making ice deliveries the night before. He promised an invoice, but I never received it. I called back today, December 9th, and spoke with another gentleman on the phone and was trying to confirm the order. When I mentioned again what had happened on Friday and wanted to confirm I would receive a response he said to call somewhere else and hung up the phone. This is my first ever Yelp Review, that should say something about this service and this company. I would not recommend calling, waste of your time. read more
