Fast, reliable, customer friendly. Our power was shut down for 12 hours. My husband and I were driving around on Sunday evening and couldn't find dry ice anywhere for our groceries. We pulled up to Arctic Glacier and not only did they greet us with a smile and kindness but offered great customer service. Will definitely be coming back. read more

We had a scheduled power outage in our neighborhood. On a Sunday while everything else was closed , I was able to get a quick response from William, who gave me a quick estimate and knew exactly how much to recommend. Steven was extremely helpful with transport and went above and beyond. Super awesome guys. Will definitely come back under better circumstances like a party. read more

AMAZING- I called 1 hour before they closed looking for dry ice he told me there was a shortage of H20 but give him a sec he will take a look. Came back to the phone and said I have some small pieces junky but I can give you what I have - it's all yours. I show up he asks if it's enough because he can give me more if needed. I explained that they are complete Angels - they had no idea what we needed the dry ice for. Our deceased mother is being picked up in LA by funeral home and take to the Bay Area. This is the hottest day of all Summer with the news issued a weather extreme heat advisory. The concern is how hot it is and want to be safe than sorry anything can happen accident breakdown etc. this dry ice will get our mother home no matter what! Thank you again!!! read more

William Chavarria from Arctic Glacier Ice Knows hospitality. To me the rule of thumb if a company does not have good hospitality then the company will never survive. Hospitality is first and foremost in the successes. We had a sophisticated request that was handled in a very accommodating way today. We have been using Arctic Glacier ice For quite some time now and I thought that it was necessary to document the consistency of their business. Top-notch Artist producing a top-notch quality in the most hospitable way. Please if you are reading this review take a look at their website and some of the magic that they create which creates environmental and atmospheric excellence and will enhance any event or experience you can imagine. We look forward to the many years of business to come. Thank you again WILLIAM and we will see you Saturday read more

Worst-est (!) customer service in the North Atlantic. Arctic Glacier, Union Ice (their staff says UNION ICE has been out of business for Years??) - who runs this show? Feels like one is dealing with organized crime syndicates! A Canadian Company that could not care less about its customers. Incompetent managers who have no clue what is going on at their facilities, and ALL phone numbers listed are"generic mailbox" numbers to leave ice orders. No way to voice a concern, comment, or complaint. Opening hours are WRONG. DO NO TRUST THE INFORMATION on ANY website, OR given by their own staff. It is wrong! They are NOT open 24hrs, as stated! Cheap ice: yay. Buying it from a company that could not care less about its customers? Nah. Thanks. They probably already make SO MUCH MONEY that they don't care to make more. So sad... read more
