Fast, reliable, customer friendly. Our power was shut down for 12 hours. My husband and I were driving around on Sunday evening and couldn't find dry ice anywhere for our groceries. AMAZING- I called 1 hour before they closed looking for dry ice he told me there was a shortage of H20 but give him a sec he will take a look. Came back to the phone and said I have some small pieces junky but I can give you what I have - it's all yours. I show up he asks if it's enough because he can give me more if needed. I explained that they are complete Angels - they had no idea what we needed the dry ice for. Our deceased mother is being picked up in LA by funeral home and take to the Bay Area. This is the hottest day of all Summer with the news issued a weather extreme heat advisory. The concern is how hot it is and want to be safe than sorry anything can happen accident breakdown etc. this dry ice will get our mother home no matter what! Thank you again!!! read more

Worst-est (!) customer service in the North Atlantic. Arctic Glacier, Union Ice (their staff says UNION ICE has been out of business for Years??) - who runs this show? Feels like one is dealing with organized crime syndicates! A Canadian Company that could not care less about its customers. Incompetent managers who have no clue what is going on at their facilities, and ALL phone numbers listed are"generic mailbox" numbers to leave ice orders. No way to voice a concern, comment, or complaint. Opening hours are WRONG. DO NO TRUST THE INFORMATION on ANY website, OR given by their own staff. It is wrong! They are NOT open 24hrs, as stated! Cheap ice: yay. Buying it from a company that could not care less about its customers? Nah. Thanks. They probably already make SO MUCH MONEY that they don't care to make more. So sad... read more

The Union ice company has a location near me on Tyrone st. They are excellent! Drive up, tell them how many bags of ice you need, and they hand it to you. We got 40 lbs of ice on our last visit for $40. Great for parties! read more
