The place has this classic ice cream shop feel with pastel aesthetics mixed into a modern clean vibe which mixes practicality with style. I LOVE the glass panel decoration and the front decor which are simple details yet convenient decoration. The options have an interesting range in diversity, from ice cream and drinks. Their combinations are so unique, blending trendy flavors like matcha, honey, and many more delicious flavors. My favorite flavor I have tried so far, was the Dalgona Affogato--which I picked because I was thinking of the squid games. The dessert was so smooth but the honey was slightly overbearing. If that is not to your preference, they have other options that can certainly fit to your taste buds. The ice cream is perfectly sweet and an excellent treat in this summer weather. The honey crisps placed on top of the ice were so little, which I wished they had a bit more since it tasted so good with the smooth ice cream. Another thing I hoped was for the affogato to be a bit bigger portion. But then again, I am unsure about the sizings of affogato since this is my first time trying it. Thank you Honeymee Gardena for the experiance, hoping to try more in the future. (Update: Making this edit because I accidentally spelled the cafe name wrong in my previous review which I apologize for. The typo was made because when I was writing the review, I was also very busy so I wrote everything in a hurry and wasn't able to make changes. And yes, this update took so long to be made because when I write reviews, especially in this case, I often do different reviews all at once.)

When I picked up the cake today and arrived home, I realized that the cake was not finished and was missing the soccer toys. I called the store and spoke to the female worker with glasses whom I placed the order yesterday which also happened to be the one who gave me the cake today. I told her the cake was not given to me as pictured and was missing the toys. She told me that she asked me if I wanted the toys and I said no, which wasn't true I literally told her I wanted as pictured. She told me that wasn't true but I could come back and get the toys for $12. She also stated that she had not charged me for the cakes I understand that mistakes happened but I was bothered by the lack of accountability. She could have apologized because either she misunderstood or did not finish the cake instead she gaslit me and was dismissive. I called another baskin and asked if the cakes in their binder are charged additional for the toys and told me that the toys are not an additional charge, the cake price includes the toys. I drove back to the store and when I walked in she said that I was here for the toys and asked her co worker if she could help me but her co worker said no since she was ringing someone else up. The girl had to help me and again told me it'd be $12 for the toys. I told her that I had called another baskin and asked if the toys came included without additional charge which they said yes to. However, she still claimed that the toys were additional charge. I asked her to call her manager but since her manager was not present she called her through her phone which I felt was sketchy. Finally, she came back and after speaking with her manager she told me that just for this once the toys would be free but next time I have to make sure I purchase them. I told her next time she has to tell me if they are or aren't included with the cost. She clearly made a mistake by not including the toys, instead of just giving me the toys since clearly lacks customer service and cannot admit she was in the wrong, she is really trying to charge me for HER mistake. Additionally, yesterday when I purchased from the store she tried to charge me for a double scoop ice cream cup that I had paid for beforehand. I did do two separate orders with more ice cream in the second order but she was hesitant to remove the additional cost of the 1st order even after showing her my receipt. Overall, I felt the girl was very disorganized and unprofessional.
