She indicated that a HVAC technician "would be calling within the hour." Sure enough, Cody called and indicated that he could be at our home "within the hour." He was punctual and prompt. He fixed the A/C unit in the span of an hour at a reasonable price. We are grateful to Perfect Air for their level of customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for installation or repair of a HVAC system.

We had to get a total system replacement. After receiving 5 different quotes, we chose Partney Heating and Cooling to replace our entire system. They had loaner portable AC units until they could make the replacement for us, and they were extremely honest, professional, low pressure, and very competitively priced! I stayed home during that entire window and no technician ever showed up and no one contacted me to explain why.
