Crystal Heating and Cooling installed my furnace when my house was built and they NEVER registered…read moreit. Without me knowing that, they put me under their VIP (joke) maintenance agreement which was almost $300 a year and when I really needed it, they ghosted me. I called when my furnace would not kick on during a cold spell in the fall and wanted my maintenance done for the upcoming winter. The office girl read the notes from the past spring stating that the service guy had to "spin the inducer" to get the furnace to kick on. They never got a hold of me for replacement or let me know what was going on. Come fall, of course the furnace would not work and I had to call three times to try and get something done about it. They kept telling me they ordered an inducer and it would be on the next day's truck. I even had the office girl giggling out loud while I was trying to talk to her. So very rude. I never hear back. I finally called another company and found out not only was the inducer broke, but there was a hole in the head exchanger, which could have been endangering my life this entire winter season due to a gas leak. I would not recommend Crystal Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Had a bigger Hvac company start servicing my new homes unit- the AC stopped working- the guy came…read moreover and said "it's an electrical wiring thing, but I don't have time to figure out what's wrong. It's too complicated. You need a new system anyway- it's old" said I needed a complete replacement because they can't service my air conditioner anymore - wanted to sell me a $10k unit. Branden came over and did a long look at my unit and agreed that it was an electrical thing- apparently he WAS willing to figure out what was going wrong- got it going again and said when it stops working again to call him so he can figure out where the wiring needed replaced. Spent a long time at my house. Well, it went out a month later and he came over and did everything he could to figure out where the wiring problem was. Took a couple visits and lots of trial fixes. Said he could service my AC just fine in the future and fixed the issue- everything working again. He also has lots of options for when I do need to replace my older system- but it's not now. Very conscientious, very knowledgeable and very patient and tries very hard to fix the problem without taking shortcuts and not wanting to do the work cares more about the customer than making a big sale.

I have called multiple times and they never answer the phone or return calls. To make matters worse, they texted me confirming an appointment on 3/16 between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM to come fix the dryer. I stayed home during that entire window and no technician ever showed up and no one contacted me to explain why. So far my experience has been: * Charged for diagnosis * No repair completed * No returned calls * Missed appointment with no explanation * 22 days waiting with no resolution If you are thinking about using this company, be prepared to pay up front and then struggle to get any response afterward.
