End of July 2025 and, after calling , texting, my husband calling, texting , I had to call a different company to come out and found out that Sam from Liberty Heating and Air moved the water heater to a different spot and over the drain so now I have to have it moved because water is flooding the basement and we have to put overflow hose in a bucket. This is going to cost$$$ Avoid Sam and Liberty Heating and Air Ridgetop address. He isn't a reputable service. Sam if you see this review and are honorable and properly take care of the problem you caused we will alter the review to reflect your ethics in correcting your mistake. We had to get a total system replacement. After receiving 5 different quotes, we chose Partney Heating and Cooling to replace our entire system. They had loaner portable AC units until they could make the replacement for us, and they were extremely honest, professional, low pressure, and very competitively priced! I thought I might need mine cleaned and I only have a small one bedroom apartment so I contacted them. The woman said there was a cancellation so they could come out in a couple hours and they would give me the final price before starting work. If I choose not to have the work done I'd have to pay $25 for the visit/quote. They arrived basically on time. The young man was professional and well-spoken. He looked through the rooms and basement and counted the vents/registers and main line ducts. I thought I had just one "main line" in the basement but based on the price it appears there are 4 or 5. That seems to be the bulk of the cost because they charge $10/foot which isnt stated in the coupon. He gave me the quote and I chose to complete the work. Three nice young men completed the work. They were friendly and polite and seemed to work hard. It was done in a few hours. He stated that they also cleaned the dryer vent though it doesn't appear on the invoice. I'm going to take a look at the dryer vent today to see how it looks. The young man also indicated that they sanitized the ducts to eliminate germs/bacteria/dust mites and feces. I had expected them to provide a Safety Data Sheet or information on the sanitization process or chemical used but I didn't receive one. I'm sure I could have asked but they finished so quickly I didn't have a chance. I smelled nothing after they left thought they treated all the ducts and said I should run the fan constantly for an hour because of the sanitization process.
