We called hoping to schedule a maintenance appointment because I was having trouble getting the pilot light on our ventless gas fireplace to stay lit. Instead of immediately pushing a service call, Matt took the time to ask thoughtful questions, helped us identify exactly what kind of fireplace set we had, and even sent us a video walking us step-by-step through how to light our specific model. He told us to call him back if it worked so we could potentially save the cost of a service visit -- and it did! When we called back, Matt didn't stop there. He went on to give us incredibly helpful guidance on proper cleaning and ongoing maintenance, explaining things clearly and patiently. On top of that, he helped us identify the right modification for a remote start we're considering and even checked whether they had it in stock. The level of care, honesty, and expertise was outstanding. This is the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore: knowledgeable, generous with time, and genuinely focused on helping the customer -- even when it means not making a sale. We will absolutely be returning customers and will recommend Fireplace and Grill Center to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Matt, for going so far above and beyond!

My house was damaged in the March 14th storm but it was not anything structural mostly just cosmetic work. Tesson Roofing and Exteriors service was excellent from the beginning to end of the project. They got all the damaged siding and gutters replaced in a timely manner. Our project manager, Jake Looney, was the biggest reason the project went so smoothly. His ability to communicate throughout the process was excellent and he made you feel more like a friend or family than a client they were just servicing. The quality of work was exceptional and the bid came in right at what my insurance provided us for the repairs so we did not have to go back and forth with the insurance company. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing and exterior needs and specifically ask for Jake he makes the experience even more pleasant. My rating : BEST

Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY COMPANY.

I was introduced to Jeremy originally 1-2 years ago when he was a subcontractor with a different company. During this time, Jeremy missed the appointment with the insurance inspector and my claim was denied. Jeremy reassured me he would work with the insurance company for a reinspection then stopped responding to messages. He reappeared at my door months later--unannounced. He explained that he was working for himself and would love to move forward. His explanation for disappearing was 1) a diabetes diagnosis and 2) he was no longer with the company due to unethical business practices. Like I said, reliability and customer service is excellent. I'm deducting one star because there's a man that also answers the phone who needs more customer service training. Each time I have spoken to him I've felt like I'm interrupting his lunch or my questions are below him. There's no compassion in his voice. He speaks very matter-of-factly. When you're having a concern with your heat or air you're most likely already stressed. It sure would be nice to speak to someone who doesn't contribute to your issues. I requested a lien waiver from him last Thursday for work completed and paid for that day. I had to call today, Tuesday, to follow up. The nice young lady emailed it to me within 30 minutes. I hope everyone else is lucky enough to speak to her when they call.
