Crystal Cleaners is the absolute best! They do a great job and are so friendly. We moved away and miss their services!

Re-upping my 5 stars for Crystal Dry Cleaners and Laundry. Their work and the value they provide cannot be beat. I really came here to suggest that everyone who has their laundry picked up and delivered generously tip the hard working staff who are working for us rain, snow or heat wave. Thanks. read more

Place is simply dirty. Piles of clothing all, over, dirty and clean. Not a clean facility It has been better in the past unit is now just doing too much in too small a space. read more

Need to lower your prices. You're IN THE BASEMENT. Why you charging so much money for dry cleaning and alterations????? Shame on you. read more

Great service! Everything came back warm and folded thoughtfully. Great place for drop off if you don't have time to do it yourself. Would go again! read more

Highly reliable dry cleaner! Prices are reasonable. I dropped off 4 items to be cleaned on Saturday and was quoted a ready date of Wednesday evening. They came back on time. My items came back clean, they got out all the stains. Handfeel feels good. I would use again Service was straightforward and friendly read more

A simply amazing place. I've used them for a decade (though for financial reasons I had to stop for a year) and they do a spectacular job, always very friendly and attentive. Rare to find such service in NYC. I text them and tell them I have a pickup, they arrive promptly and then deliver it when finished. So easy. And the best value in the neighborhood! read more

I recently began to use this place for my laundry and it's been great so far! It's only my third or fourth time but they bring everything back folded nicely or on hangers if I specify it can't go into the dryer as they told me if I wish I can leave my detergent with them and they'll label it for my apartment. They pick up and drop off or you can get it yourself which we did one time for a small load. We have been having problems in the laundry room with broken dryers or washers and it's such a nice relief to not have to play machine roulette.. I have been highly recommending them to all of my neighbors- especially when they complain about our current laundry problems! Even when we get the machines fixed or replaced I will prob continue to use them as I appreciate their service so much! Thank you, Crystal! read more

Crystals offers free pick up delivery and same day service if they aren't too busy. You call for a pick up and they drop off, no fuss service. Everything comes back perfectly folded and clean and you can have them use your own detergent if you wish. I've used a lot of different laundromats in the area they are definitely offer the best value in the area. read more

Crystal Cleaners is the best. I lived in Stuytown for 2 years and used them mostly for wash and fold. I'd either call them or walk by them on my way to work, and when I'd walk in they'd know to come pick up my clothes! They'd have it done the same day. Since Stuytown doesn't have a doorman, they were an awesome service because they were approved to get buzzed into the building. All I would do is leave it in the hallway outside my front door, and I didn't need to be home for the pick up and drop off. They charge 1$ for delivery - a really really great price and they really should charge more (@crystal cleaners)! They would handwash clothes that I would ask them, and also hang dry them and deliver them on hangers for a very affordable price and leave those on my door. Never ruined or lost any of my clothes. They are the sweetest hardworking people and have been affected by coronavirus! Please support them, I just moved and have never had wash and fold this good and affordable. I probably never will. read more

They're great!!! Affordable, fast, and friendly! I would highly recommend. Their prices are cheaper than my last laundromat that didn't even deliver. I have sensitive skin too and their detergent doesn't bother me:) read more

I was in town for an interview and needed my suit cleaned of all the snow slush that it collected traveling though this so called polar vortex aka pain in my ass. They have great same day service that was ready when I needed it at a decent price. From what I understand it's one of the only same day places in the area too so it's great they do a good job with everything. It ended up costing me around $8 for my blazer and pants so overall I was pretty happy! read more

I love this place and have used them for wash-and-fold for 5+ years now. They are wonderful, friendly, kind, and quick, and they do a great job. Thank you Jing and team! read more

I've been using Crystal Dry Cleaners for wash & fold every 2 weeks for several months now and they are one of the most reasonably priced places while also being great quality. They always do a great job and I've had many positive experiences with the staff. For $1.10/lb it's totally worth it! As long as I live in this neighborhood without washer/dryer in-building, I will be a loyal customer! read more

They are *so* nice and so kind. I've asked them to rush my laundry - they got it down so quickly, and were so polite when they delivered my clothes to me. They've never lost any articles of clothing or ruined any items either. The price is super reasonable, and the people who work there are super accommodating. This is my go-to laundry spot. read more

Efficient, with quality service. I've come here several times over the past few years, mainly for dry cleaning suits. They always have quick turnaround (free rush service if requested) and never an issue with my clothing. On one occasion the lady in front found I had a few small holes in my suit pants and offered a quick repair before dry cleaning, which came out great. The one caveat: it's "cash-only" for services under $20. Definitely recommend. read more

I used to pay too much for another wash and fold service in the area but once I found Crystal, the search was over. They have an excellent wash and fold service with a small minimum and are very affordable. They can do rush service for same day wash and fold and even deliver if you're in range and going to be home. The owners are very kind and will listen to any instructions you give on what to do with a specific garment. I've had them repair some expensive suit pants that had a small hole before and they came up with an invisible solution that got the job done. They have undoubtedly been affected by COVID-19, so please support them and tip if you can! read more

Now that I no longer have an in-house washer and dryer, I must count upon Crystal to get my clothes so fresh and so clean clean. I admit I had reservations at first since I've always handled my own laundry. I toyed with the idea of going to a local laundromat and bringing a good book to read and meeting a hot guy who would entertain me while I paired my socks. Oh wait. This is the real world and I only read boring mind numbing medical textbooks and I already have a man in my life. :) Crystal washes, folds, and delivers laundry within the same day for $0.75/lb. Dry cleaning also comes back the same day! Also, I'm not sure who they use, but because I usually only dry clean dresses, my bill always comes out to $50+. For whatever reason, Crystal charges less than $8/dress and even delivers it to my apartment within the same day without an extra charge. read more

Whoops. This is the dry cleaners/tailor I meant to review a while back, but got the names confused. How much do I like this place? So much that I even frikkin edited their business address on Yelp b/c it was wrong. You're welcome Crystal! Thanks for all the great cheap hemming! Review: I love these guys. For Tailoring. I've never gotten my laundry or drop-off done here, so I can't speak to that. But their tailoring is excellent, and CHEAP. I'm talking half the prices of other places. To hem a pair of pants. They can do all the same stuff, like keep the original bottom of the hem if you want. I went in once and even asked if I can have it back in a few hours and she said yes - no additional charge (don't expect that always of course, but that was a nice one-off). This is not the fanciest tailor by any stretch of the imagination, but they do a great job, at a great price and with a friendly smile. Thanks guys! read more

first rate - never had a problem and been going here for years. best price/value in the stytown/ pcv new neighborhood.

I went here for 3 years while living in PCV and never had an issue. Everyone was always incredibly friendly, pricing was fair and never had any issues with lost garments. read more

I don't know if I am spoiled because the people in Astoria actually listen to me or what but really....Lets see 1st time I called and said I have wet laundry in the bag...my bill comes saying I had 46lb in the bag...I had to call and fix this because when it was dry it was 22 lb 2nd time ....my roommate and I asked them to pick up our stuff at the same time. They washed our stuff together and everything was mixed up. I don't need my roommate finding my underwear and bras in his bag. Oh and charged my card for everything. Thanks!!! NOW....in big letters and asked the guy who picked my stuff up....Please do NOT dry stuff in this bag. It all came dry and wrinkled on top of it all and to top it all off it shrunk as I was worried if it gets dried it may shrink. I think 3 chances is MORE than enough! read more

Great hours, clothes are clean and folded neat. They are always nice and listen to request. I have been using them for more then a year and I don't plan on stopping. Great prices as too! read more

This is the only place in the city I'll go for my dry cleaning and tailoring! Their prices are very reasonable and they do such a great job. Stains I didn't think could be removed, they got out without a trace left! I've had some bad experiences with tailoring at other places in the area but this place not only fixed other people's bad tailoring, but always does a great job with mine! I've had everything done from hemming to taking seams in to adding elbow patches. The customer is service here is also very great, everyone is very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Awesome prices and friendly services! I moved to the city and was looking for a dry cleaner close by. I saw Crystal Dry Cleaners and read the reviews online. I went in on a Saturday evening and dropped off a blazer and a skirt suit. They were ready by Wednesday and it only cost $8.50. My pieces came out really well, and the service was also really friendly. I'm excited to continue going back. Highly recommend! read more

I have been using Crystal Cleaners for the past few years and they have always taken great care of my clothes! Great service and would highly recommend for dry cleaning, laundry and tailoring! read more

Great prices and very nice people working here. I paid $28 for 5 garments to be cleaned, which is unbeatable. I had an issue with one of the dresses coming back stained initially, but the woman working gladly took it back for no charge and the dress came back the second time in great condition. She added that she's always happy to fix any mistakes if the customer has an issue read more

I always request quick service and they never disappoint. Jing and her team are fantastic!

I have been going here for years. They are always so friendly and super cheap compared to other places I have tried. Super quick turnaround too! You can't beat, I believe $6 or $8, to have jeans hemmed! I definitely recommend this place! read more

I love this place. Everyone that works at Crystal Cleaners is so nice. Their prices are great and my laundry is delivered to my door for free. I've sent stuff in with stains and they get returned with the stain gone! All my clothes are returned clean, no wrinkles and just a few ours later. I love this place!! read more

Excellent!!! Very accommodating. I used their laundry pickup/delivery wash service. Most places - If you call on a Saturday around noon, most places will typically return your laundry anywhere from Sunday to Wednesday. When I called Crystal Dry Cleaners they were extremely accommodating and confirmed they could have my laundry done same day. They picked up my laundry within the hour - no issues. I called them about an hour after the pickup to see if I could pay over the phone with my credit card. Again - no issue at all. In fact, they called me right back to let me know that they also do dry cleaning and alterations (nice!). Very friendly over the phone and very polite pickup and delivery persons. Laundry came back several hours later. Pristinely washed, dried and folded. Pricing was excellent (especially considering I really had NO desire to do my own laundry that day!) Will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

I just moved to this area and found this gem! The prices are really fair and the people who work here are amazing. Everyone was wearing masks and they have a plastic divider at the register. They did great job with my dry cleaning and my laundry. read more

The best wash and fold I have used in the city. I had constant problems with my previous cleaner and have never had a problem with Crystal. They pick up and deliver fast- if I call for pickup before 8 my laundry is usually back a little after noon. The best! 5 stars! Highly recommend! read more

These people are fabulous - their work is awesome (they never lost or damaged anything), they are always timely and nice and their prices are amazing! We absolutely love this place! read more

They are so nice, all of the workers are really kind and patient. The service was excellent and very fast- I'll be going to them in the future again for sure. read more

I wish I could give this place minus five stars. I used to like their service up until today when laundry came back completely soiled. It was as if they added dirt to the clothes. Seriously. Because they were so inexpensive I had let past mistakes slide like including other clients clothes with my own laundry, but when I called to inquire why my clothes came back so filthy, I thought they would at least offer to wash my clothes again. I was floored by the response I was given. I was told that for .75 cents a pound it's a crap shoot and if your clothes come back dirtier than before well that's just tough sh##%. To my relief (Uh...NO) they came up with a solution which was to PRE WASH my laundry before I send it to them to be washed. UHhhh hello, why would I pay for my laundry to be washed if I had to wash it before they got their hands on it only to put it in a dirt bath? Now looking back at the foreign clothing items I previously got back in my wash, I sure hope it wasn't someone's neatly folded and ironed DIRTY UNDERWEAR! GRROOOSSS!!!!! I asked the woman again if I heard correctly that even though I paid for my clothes to be cleaned and she returned them dirtier than before that she would not inspect it, offer to do it over or stand by any kind of quality assurance? She said yes, that's exactly correct. Because its cheap. Well, it's not cheap if its a crap shoot and I have to pay twice for something that should have been done once. Their motto should be "maybe we clean it - maybe we don't. At your cost! It's a crap shoot! Good luck!" They should be called crystal crap shoot cleaners. Bottom line: Disgusting in every way possible! read more

Super cheap & same day laundry- unheard of in brooklyn thus why I carry my laundry across two trains for this place!

They clean and wash your clothes well. But they didn't pair my socks!!! The other cleaners do. I subtract a star for that.

I recently had some dressy Indian clothes dry cleaned here. At first I was pretty upset because for one of the outfits, a long tunic with embroidery, two of the buttons had fallen off and on several of the other buttons the embroidery had come off. I left the outfit with Crystal dry cleaners who said they fix it. They replaced the buttons and embroidery so that it looked brand new, and did it in 2-3 days. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to fix the outfit, and for free! read more

This place is not good, they ruined all my family clothing, shirts, pants, the kids clothing ..... entirely with holes, broken and damage, I lost a lot of money in clothing. The first four times they sent me other people underwear, pants, shirts and also missing socks.....I went back because they seemed very, very nice and apologized for it, I should stopped the first time. When I called them to describe what happen with the holes they did not considered responsible and told me that they do not need me as a client since they have 2000 clients. This is my first time writing a review, but I feel that I had to do it to tell other people about this. Please if you have a problem in this place write about it, they should go out of business. read more
