Dropped off a few sweaters to be dry cleaned. All came out good. Woman working there is very kind and even gave me a free bottle of water. Cost was $10 per sweater. They take credit cards but no American Express. They add on a processing fee. My only issue was I dropped the sweaters off on Tuesday morning and they were not ready until Saturday after 4:30 PM. Why so long? I came Monday after work to get them at 6:30 PM, turns out they close at 6 PM. Their hours are a little limited. read more

They've never failed to return my clothes in perfect condition, and I've trusted them with my favorite silk and cashmere items. After the dry cleaning, none of the stains were removed and clothes smelled really bad, worse than when I brought them there. The odor was so bad I had to take them to another dry cleaner. It's always so hard to find a good and reliable dry cleaning place. I dropped off a Canada goose jacket, a few other coats, and some scarves. The Canada goose was particularly in rough shape after some winter traveling. The very sweet Korean lady checked in each item (without judgment!). She even gave me a banana to eat, lol. The last stop I made when I moved out was to see Jay, pick up my laundry, and raise a toast to one another. I came back to visit and nearly panicked when I saw that the old location had been vacated, but I called the number in the window just in case. In true Jay fashion, he was responsive, cheery, and let me know that they just moved across the street. He even remembered my name! Service is friendly and reliable. They do a great job with cleaning and alterations. Prices are reasonable and Jay is always wearing a smile. Years later, people look at me like I'm crazy, but I still tell folks out west that my dry cleaner was among the most memorable things about living in Hell's Kitchen.
