I dropped off on a Monday or Tuesday evening and was told I could pick up by Friday. I didn't need it done that quickly, but nice to know they have a pretty quick turnaround. When I did pick up a little over a week later, my items were nicely folded and placed in a protective plastic enclosure. Great, friendly customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Everything has been completed with perfection. She has amazing patience and listens intently to what you want. She will make suggestions as she honestly wants you to "look good" in your clothes. Hoda will go out of her way to make sure you are satisfied with her work. She does not deserve the disparaging reviews that I have read on this site. Some friendly advice - try on the clothes when you pick them up to make sure the alterations are correct. Don't wait till the last minute to have work done - everyone deserves a vacation - so plan accordingly. Quality work is worth the cost.
