Recently, my boyfriend was finally convinced to get refillable 5 gallon jugs verses buying cases of water. (yay!, one more human doing a small part) One of his favorite things about making the switch was finding, Crystal Clear Water & Ice. Not only did they supply him with water samples!, (which I didn't know was a thing) they provided the perfect dispenser for his apartment and a specific type of water that no longer gives him heartburn!!! After making the move to area, I had to go see what he was so excited about. I was so surprised at my first visit when I too, was offered water samples and was able to get a delicious coffee in the same place. They also sell face masks, home decor, art and snacks. MY VERY FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS PLACE: The people. My introduction to the people of Denver has been rough to say the least. The woman at the counter was SO nice and SO helpful, attentive and friendly. She is literally the person who restored my hope in the people around the area as I'm sure other small, locally owned businesses might be full of nice people, too. A young man without hesitation, brought the 5 gallon jugs out to my car and loaded each one carefully into the backseat. Tap water in Colorado tastes pretty good but I still prefer to drink and cook with purified bottled water. I have the 5 gallon drinking and distilled waters delivered to my front door every other week. The prices are reasonable and CC Water does NOT require a 12 month contract or push you to rent a cooler from them. The water tastes great and the driver is very courteous. I appreciate the reminder phone calls the day before to set out my empties. Tip: when you set out your empties the night before, find a way to anchor/weight the empty bottles down. One of mine blew away shortly after I put it outside but the driver was able to find it when he dropped off my new order (thank you for the excellent customer service ) read more

So happy I found this place! Thankfully it is close to my new home as well. After relocating to Colorado, my usual products and services have been keeping me on the hunt. Cute coffee/snack shop inside as well, otherwise this is your water stop shop! I drink alkaline water and this is the only store in the area where you can refill you 5 gallon jugs. They also have delivery, which will be starting soon for my house I met the owner, and I believe it was his son helping me out. We have been going to this location for years. In the past I would have given 5 stars without question. Unfortunately this past experience has put a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). We purchased 13 gallons of alkaline water (same water we have been drinking for years) and it tastes WEIRD, like a fishy skunk taste. We thought it was our jug and ignored the first gallon. Second and third gallon SAME taste. Then we also noticed a horrible sediment settling on the jugs and our drinking glasses. I call the location this morning to see if something was up with their tanks, pumps, etc. I was told even though one pump was down and they *may* be at the bottom of their tank, there was no cause for the sediment and the flavor change and was shrugged off. After mentioning the water is not drinkable and I was dissatisfied with the water, I was not offered a refund or exchange in water. If this is how their water is going to taste from now on (and their horrible customer service), I'm going to have buy my water elsewhere. read more

I wanted to like this place, after all the reviews were great and it seemed like it would be convenient. We signed up in the store, and was not told the day the water would be delivered. No big deal, I think that they will tell us and so the next day or so they deliver the water. Two weeks pass and we have not ordered enough water. We have honestly, never had bottled water before so we were not sure of what we needed. I call on Monday night, and was promised a call back, never happened. I call and leave a message on Tuesday, did not get a call back. Call today, and got told that they are adding multiple accounts and that I had called the wrong number. I advised the person on the other end of the phone that I don't need to hear the problem, I need to hear the solution. I got told that I called the wrong number and that is why this happened. He did offer to fix the solution, but again I was told that I should of called a different number to get my problem solved. I will not beg you to take my money, I am sure that there are others out there that can at least give me a call back. read more

The water is fine. Went there once and decided to go back on Sunday, it was fairly busy while the two girls did okay trying to get everyone taken care of. I had one 5 gallon to fill. The girl grabbed by jug and placed it on the floor (gross) then I stood in line paid cash ( I didn't get the discount for cash as I did the first time) I waited and waited. I decided to run over to the grocery store, took about 10 minutes. I can back and finally my water jug was ready. I grabbed it, and the girl asked if I paid, I said yes. Was putting the water in my car when she came running out screaming at me I really paid. Apparently there is local water thief who steal a measly 5 gallons at a time. Considering I was the only female in the store, yet the couldn't recall that I paid. I had to tell her I gave the other girl $5 in cash and go look at the cash register. 85 cents a gallon is triple what I pay at sprouts. I don't need to be questioned if I paid if I said yes. Customer service is mediocre at best. read more

Best water in town. Would highly recommend to anyone. I have been a loyal and faithful customer for about 5 years now and will be for a very long time to come. My friend works for the city water and told me never to drink the water in my city because of all the yucky added chemicals they use to treat the water and I don't even like the taste of it to brush my teeth. My family and I drink so much water and have no issue paying the price at this little gem of a store. It's about .50 a gallon and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.
