My saga continued...directly speaking with Customer Service:…read more I called Customer Service on Monday, 12/16/2024, to request pickup of the unordered case of Fiji Water bottles. After deleting the expired card, I was informed that the water would be retrieved on Wednesday, 12/18/2024. When the water was NOT picked up, I called Customer Service again on Wednesday, 12/18/2024, to learn that no such request was placed on my account. Nothing noted from my call that I asked for this. I was then informed a pickup request would be placed to the Route Manager and that I would be contacted via telephone within 72 hours with the pickup date. All future deliveries were placed on hold until this item was collected and my account credited. So today, Friday 12/20/2024, after no telephone response, I called Customer Service again. Prior to speaking with a representative, I reestablished delivery and was able to obtain my originally scheduled delivery date on 12/27/2024. Today's ASSociate informed me that the Fiji Water would be picked up on my delivery date of 12/27/2024. Apparently, had I not set delivery up again, this unordered case of Fiji Water would have sat in my small house taking up space for eternity. Initially, today's representative told me the water would be picked up on Monday, 12/23/2024, then she told me that incorrectly received product is always picked up on delivery days, so this water would be picked up on 12/27/2024. It was explained to me again how the delivery schedule worked and that trucks are only in the area on delivery days. If that's the case, why did Monday, 12/16 representative, Wednesday, 12/18 representative, and even herself, today Friday 12/20 representative state otherwise with dates prior to my delivery date of 12/27? Had my account just been credited the $32.99 on Monday 12/18, with instruction to leave a note on the Fiji Water case for the driver to take, and to place the water outside on the 12/27 delivery date, it would have eliminated the unnecessary waste of time and aggravation. Why did the Wednesday rep place all of my future deliveries on hold, knowing the unordered Fiji Water would NEVER be picked up? Is Primo Water/Crystal Rock hurting so bad financially that $32.99 is going to make or break them? That theory aligns with shutting an account off for denied payment of $47.00 (even though the bank account information I'd provided - had they checked it - would have paid the $47.00 without issue). With the problems of consistently charging an expired card, not having a 2nd form of payment already on file checked, automatically having an account suspended, delayed deliveries, having a message sent requesting to fix the issue ignored, then forced to call customer service, not once, but 3 times in the same week, all for an account balance under $100, is just unbelievable. Perhaps this company is getting ready to file Chapter 11 and that's why they shut accounts down for $47.00? Could it be the unordered Fiji Water delivery was to increase sales because they are a fledgling company? Based on my 7 errors on a new account opened almost 4 months ago (not counting this weeks additional 2-3 errors with Customer Service), people are better off going through: https://www.readyrefresh.com/ if you don't just physically go to Walmart, Home Depot, or elsewhere for 5 gallon water bottles. But, if you're ill and disabled like I am, you have all the time in the world to waste on fighting with a company who either hires, or their policies and procedures instruct, incompetence. Abysmal service thus far, and their Public Relations Department should be embarrassed. Buyer beware - go elsewhere for accuracy, competency, and sanity.

this place has the worst customer service. Once they started charging a paper statement fee of $6,…read moreI decided to cancel. I have had 4 "appointments" Scheduled for them to pick up my equipment and bottles. It's like a running joke at the office as to who will be stuck waiting for them to not show up. Then it's another half hour on the phone of assurances that this time it will definitely happen. Meanwhile the bills keep coming. It would be funny if it wasn't so time consuming and annoying. Stay clear of this business.
