Never have I been more disappointed in a company. The water is refreshing, the taste is memorable and my hydration is constant; but, they sit on a throne of lies. As a punctual person, when nestle provides misleading and downright inaccurate delivery times it's as if they put salt in my water - killing me one sip at a time. How do I know that they deliver THREE HOURS before they say they do? How do I know that they run ahead of schedule and deliver my liquid gold before they promise they would? double billing is a norm for this company. they have been double billing for the rental for over a year, every time I call they "fix" it by giving a credit for one month's rental. Then they continue to double bill. They charge for deliveries on months that I skipped service, essential billing for services not rendered, and their support line, chat, and email is coincidentally down all the time. Customer service is not simply poor. It is non-existent. That chat box has limited options and even then resolves to there is no one available to help you. The "call back" option when you get a human is broken. It calls you back after an hour onto a dead line. I am back on hold now for 42 minutes and counting. Why am I calling customer service? They underdelivered my order (after rescheduling delivery multiple times) while charging there normal delivery fee. While on hold, I looked at my invoices. I am on autopay. They repeatedly canceled scheduled deliveries and rescheduled them two weeks later, which caused major disruptions in our office operations. Whenever the driver did not show to make the scheduled delivery, getting a hold of anyone in customer service was, at a minimum, a 1 hour wait. When a representative did answer, it was the same usual answer; our apologies", and they would reschedule where the same thing would happen again. We cancelled our service as buying the same size jugs from the grocery store was cheaper and we could get the amount we needed and quicker. The gist: -Speak w/ rep, we schedule delivery, discuss account set up via email -Delivery happens a day early without notice, call rep to get account set up, no call backs no emails -Call customer service, explained situation, told our account is set up but won't give me account number, email, access, or an invoice. Horrible, predatory company! When I first signed up the bottles of water were around $5. They're up to $17 per bottle, another $18 for delivery, and then another $20 for a water cooler rental (which used to be free). I called to cancel my service and they tried to get me to stay by offering me $7 per bottle. I said no. This was on 2/17/25. I checked the account today to make sure it was cancelled and it has not been! It's still very active. The customer service rep was rude, argued with me repeatedly, was taunting me, and refused to transfer me to a the department that dealt with cancellations. I have notified my bank and have put stop payments for any future billing from this horrible company. read more

Now they cancel and reschedule recurrent deliveries repeatedly, charge for items not received, deliver the wrong items, and are impossible to contact by phone. Emails are rejected because the mailboxes are full and it's almost impossible to cancel the service. After finally cancelling, they still have not refunded deposits for retuned 5-gallon bottles. It takes over an hour to get someone on the phone. They will assure you it will not happen again. They will miss every delivery. Water also says $8.99 on the website. I have tried scheduling pick up for my rental unit and empties three times now in the last two weeks and every time, no one shows up to pick them up. If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Billing incorrectly took HOURS long calls EVERY delivery (twice monthly) from when I started in May 2024 Until mid August 2024. Then it was good from August 2024 until they merged (Primo Brands) In April 2025. Billing incorrectly, deliveries being continuously rescheduled week after week, HOURS long phone calls trying to get a delivery and then HOURS more trying to get the incorrect billing straight. Today was the last straw. There were so many levels of incorrect billing and delivery reschedules that I finally cancelled. They would not give me credit for bottles their driver picked up, among all of the other incorrect billing issues. I will buy my own dispenser and lug my own bottles of water because the time spent and frustration level with this company outweighed any possible convenience. Interestingly, they are able to come pick up the rental water dispenser 3 days from now, but delivery is almost non existent. What a joke. We are having issues getting in touch with anyone on the customer service line, My husband was on hold for 20 minutes at 2 separate times today bc he is trying to cancel the service. They have increased the prices several times since we signed up and charged for shipping without any notification. We were charged for shipping twice for "cups" they added to the order- we did not last month.
