We have ordered a custom safety cover with installation requirements for the permanent anchors and never had an issue with the quality of their work. I have replaced the liner in my in ground pool through this company and they installed it and there happened to be a manufacturing flaw (not B&G's error). They did all of the negotiating with the manufacturer and performed the removal and reinstallation with the utmost professionalism addressing details that surfaced along the way to be sure that any structural maintenance was addressed while the liner was absent. These people make going to the store to get your regular supplies something to look forward to rather than just an extra chore. Every employee that I've had contact with is knowledgeable and able to explain the product lines and how and why your chemicals work (if you want to know.)

I highly recommend ADI Pool and Spa of Greensboro…read more When it comes to an understanding of pool construction, few people will have the practical and applied knowledge held by ADI. Whether it be the onsite nuts and bolts, morality and ethics, or the administration of people and operational processes, the folks at ADI are seasoned experts in the ever emerging and changing pool construction realm. They possess the soft people skills necessary to work with home buyers of all types. They are team players and collaborative by nature. Mark, Zeb, Cecila and all encountered are effective problem solvers and solution agents. I have built two pools with ADI, the first one 8 years ago and the second one 3 years ago. To this day, both pools are performing as expected/high level. Over the last 8 years I have been through freezing weather, lightning strikes, you name it. Every time, without fail ADI has gotten me through whatever situation I faced. On a personal note, they are fun to work with, have a good sense of humor, and a posture of loyalty to peers, co-workers and customers. I find their good-natured pragmatic approach essential to any successful pool building venture. I wouldn't consider building a pool with anyone else. Tripp Bunker

We had ADI design and build a 14'x36' pool for us. From the first planning meetings with Mark all…read morethe way to final equipment set up and training, they were fantastic to work with. We are first time pool owners and they have been very helpful whenever we call with a question about operation and maintenance. There were a few pieces of equipment (heater and robot cleaner) that had issues early on and they immediately replaced them and made sure everything was back in shape. When we were out of town for an extended time, they serviced the pool while we were away. Before deciding on using ADI, we had met with another high profile pool builder in the area and got a very competitive price from Mark. They were on time with the build and worked together well with our general contractor who was building a poolhouse at the same time. We wouldn't hesitate to heartily recommend Mark and ADI to anyone considering building a pool.
