First time is $45 (a little pricey IMO especially for your first session) but if you like it they have a lot of pack options which is great. They provide gloves and fuzzy socks along with shoes you wear during your session. They explain everything which was great because I was nervous as it was my first time. Their facilities are really clean which I appreciated as well. A little out of my budget to come here routinely, but great every now and then when I need something to help me recover from an intense workout.

I think since my head was out of the chamber, the heat was tolerable and I woke up drenched in sweat!! I had that buzzy endorphin feel after working out! David and his mother who run it are really nice, helpful and passionate about what they do. David was able to explain the whole process and how the far infrared sauna works. They both were really kind and happily took the my time answering questions. It was not packed, but they were steadily busy when I went. I fall asleep really easily so I did not have any issue with background noise, but for folks who are light sleepers you might want to bring ear plugs, but they also provide them for you if you forgot to bring them. When I got there I was greeted by the man behind the desk (didn't get his name) and not only was he nice, but also very professional. Once it was time to go to the room he explained to me how it works and they gave me extra time since it was my first to get relaxed and understand the heating controls. Once the session was over I was asked how I felt and I was made sure I enjoyed my time. I wasn't pressured to get a membership or anything... I honestly didn't know what to expect coming here and when I first saw the pricing online I thought it was a little pricey, but the pure professionalism of this place is just too good, not to mention the health benefits of the sauna itself. BUT, it is better than nothing! The quality is great, and the staff is super welcome, polite, and friendly. They follow all COVID regulations. Always clean and disinfect everything. I already recommended this place to a lot of my friends. Once again, it is not a banya. It is a sauna with a PRIVATE room, with a rest area with a table, microwave, kettle, TV, lounge chairs, etc. The price is awesome for what you get. I tried a variety of options and purchased packages for sauna and WBC. I was excited for these self-care packages to help me feel better overall. I had some significant joint and muscle discomfort and I was recommended WBC as a complementary therapy. My sessions with Mike were most excellent. They have six levels. After trying level 1 without feeling much effect, I got permission from my doctor to go to level 5 and 6 to improve the results. I would not have chosen this on my own without the ok from professionals. From the start, Brenda called me "crazy" for wanting to go to higher levels and showed intense pushback, both verbally and thru facial expressions, even though it is safe and I had full clearance. I repeatedly told her in person this is okay for me, but she kept pushing back and made my self-care experience extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Just because she is not brave enough to go to higher levels herself, it is inappropriate and annoying for her to dissuade others from doing so. On a side note, even though I did not have any contraindications, I noticed not all contraindications are listed on their website. For my final session, she refused again, even though I told her so many times in person I have the clearance to do so. Did that not register? I even e-mailed her a copy of the clearance. This became increasingly frustrating and I asked for a partial refund on the session that I chose to not ultimately use. In addition, I had a reiki session with her. While this was mostly uneventful, I picked up a smoky smell from her. I cannot say for sure whether she's a smoker, as I have no idea, but I definitely smelled the smokiness, but didn't feel comfortable asking her directly at the time. I just waited for the session to be over and took a shower when I got home. I did enjoy my sauna sessions at this place, especially the music hook-up in the infrared sauna, although there is no hook-up in the dry sauna. Again, it was a wonderful pleasure to see Mike the many times I did. He is a lovely man, even though Brenda said he made an "error in judgment" in letting me try a higher-level WBC. That is bogus. Mike was incredibly professional and consulted with me with care before every session. I'm glad I tried the higher level with him. Keep up the great work, Mike. I wish you continued success, but I had to be honest in sharing my experience with Brenda when you were away on vacation. You are a kind gentleman.

They make sure the session temps are properly calibrated based on how many times I've been in and my level of muscle soreness. They take time and care to ensure you are educated on the process and benefits of cryotherapy à la intake process, brochures and videos playing on flatscreen in the waiting area. The cryo machine looks like a fancy tanning booth only shorter so your head will stick out at the top. The cryo vapors hover right around the neck area making you feel like Jeff Goldblum in a scene from The Fly. The experience is invigorating and really gets the blood in entire body to pump inward then back out to the extremities like a mini workout! They offer location-specific cryo treatments as well as cryo facials too! Clean facility, plenty of parking, and reasonable prices.

It shares a space with a dentist office and is on the lower level with the front door on the left lower side of a 60s style split level building. The inside is nicely decorated and freshly painted. There are minimal decorations, which I appreciate because that helps me relax. The bathrooms are more recently renovated. The staff was very nice to me when I arrived and assured me, I would not wait very long. I needed to use the bathroom before my treatment and I was pleased to see several amenities, including tampons for those of us who still bleed. I was brought into my treatment room by the front desk coordinator person who's maybe a manager? She talked to me about what to expect during my treatment and took before photos. My treatment provider Dana was so sweet. She checked in on me and we chatted about life during my 45 minute treatment. The treatment felt like an intense mechanical massage but at no point did it hurt. It was almost tickly sometimes. I needed to pee again immediately after my treatment. Endermologie gets the lymphatic system moving, and I was shedding a ton of water immediately. This morning I woke up and weighed myself, and I had lost 5 pounds of water weight! I will definitely return to the spa for the same treatment, and maybe some others that they offer. This would be a great treatment for somebody before a big event when they are looking to shed some extra water weight. None like today, if this is a standard practice across board how was my shortened time and different technician make me feel like I've been missing out? Though not many times the times I did go ive had the same technician till today so I wasn't sure what to expect. Olivia got it in today which makes me feel like either I've been getting cheated or she is just that exceptional. This was Def the best treatment. I felt great after, it felt effective and even during treatment I could tell a difference. That is literally the 1st time I have received these results. This makes me more enthusiastic for the future. Ive had to miss a few appointments because life happens and they presechedule you in advance. If you cannot make it, they will not reschedule you for that week. I am not sure if they are just charging me cancelation or going to add the days I called out to the end. That is just the one thing, I encourage to ask prior to paying for the full 12 weeks.
