I later did my research to discover that providers are supposed to numb with injections the entire pathway of where the threads will go down through the cheeks. Also, providers usually study your anatomy of your specific face and draw lines where the thread pathway will go. None of this was done. I was sat in a swivel chair with a homemade knitted blanket thrown over it. It seemed so unsterile and unprofessional. The place was very dated with nothing on the walls. I was given a card and told to call or text with any problems wich I tried to text and call for a week and no one would answer me or call me back. The phone number said voicemail full and unable to leave message. Very frustrating experience and very painful! Would never go here again even if cheaper priced.
