Some of them are very thorough and some just rush in, do an adequate job and rush out. I do think overall it's a good business, providing a large variety of services. Oh, one pet peeve for me is that there always seems to be a 70% off sale going on. I mean 365 days a year. To my knowledge there is no higher "regular price." I know that lots of businesses do this. It's just kind of lame imo.

I love their maintenance plan that allows me to keep the bulk (no pun intended) of the fat off my midsection. I feel much healthier and the treatment has been worth every penny. I recommend Genesis to all my friends and family!

So I purchased a Groupon here about a year and half ago For Botox. I just have this one wrinkle between my eyes That drives me crazy, I think it makes me look angry And is deep without Botox. Anyway, I was not happy with The results from this place, I actually thought maybe they watered it down. I had never not had Botox not work Ok. Fast forward I purchased a Groupon for the same thing. I called and I asked them, have I been here before? Gave my name and birth date, she comes back and says No we have no record of you! So today I show up and Immediately know I have been here before. What? I go in and give my name and what I'm there for. She ask if it Is a Groupon? I said yes, I used one here before. She said Well you can only use one!!! I said I called up here and you didn't have me in your system. Well I'm sorry mam but you can't use it, we will refund it! I'm like what? I have a huge event for New Year and now you tell me you won't honor this!!! So after leaving I read the fine print and it says you may purchase after 365 days. Ok friends, that's ME! Did they ask or check to see? No No No With four woman in the office all trying to look Glamorous, not one of them thought to ask this. I just got thru having a lower blepharoplasty and deep Peel at a Plastic Surgeon's office and this staff was the Sweetest and kindest I have met! The building is extremely nice and new looking with lots of free parking right outside. It was extremely clean inside and staff were friendly and efficient. They have evening hours at the time of this review. They accept one Groupon per visit but there are some additional restrictions so definitely read the fine print before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs. If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. I definitely recommend coming here for your med spa needs!

They are not the only med spa in the city and definitely not the best as I do have multiple bruises now and I should not bruise at all with the procedure I had and that is just above and beyond the fact that I was overcharged and they refused to give my money back. So over approximately $100 they will lose a client - maybe more after this review

I've been seeing Melissa for almost two years, she's a saint of a human, making you feel as if you're best friends while keeping her professionalism. She takes time to truly listen to your goals, wants and needs and plans the treatment accordingly. I've always only had Botox, which turns out phenomenal every single time. My last appointment we really had fun doing Botox, Skinvive around my mouth & Voluma. First let me say I am a whimp in her chair no matter how often I go I'm always nervous, Melissa has patience to stop when needed making sure you're comfortable the entire process and keeps the conversation light and airy to ease my nerves. Second I went in planning to do a different treatment, once I expressed my concerns we discussed other options and changed the plan. She said to me "can you trust me and explained why she decided on another plan." My response "ABSOLUTELY". I trust she knows me and the level of expectation based on our conversations. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, Melissa and the entire experience. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Continuing from my recently edited review on 7/2/24:…read more Then she said that I could be seeing the lines because I'm sleeping on my left side (because SHE noticed her "11's" being more pronounced when she slept on her left side). Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.
