The labor rates are reasonable and they take the time to explain, and show you the issue. They're HONEST, and are not going to sell you a bunch of extra services you don't need, and they actually care about the work they do. I can tell you these things with the utmost confidence. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I am mechanically inclined and can do some repairs myself. The hours of labor they quoted for the the repair were done by the actual amount of time it took them to do the job. Pricing for the parts were normal, but also, the quality of those parts were obvious. Can you believe that? What a deal! Anyway I showed up first thing in the morning and they were already at work. I sat in the waiting room and they let us have the remote so we can pick whatever show we felt like and time went fast because I was only there for 30 minutes. While we were waiting I enjoyed the coffee from their Keurig. I handed the guy my punchcard and they marked off two oil changes, since they had given me full synthetic. I didn't know the difference and the guy who checked me in was a mechanic and not the regular office guy, so that's where the mistake was. That's okay though, lesson learned- make sure to ask for the synthetic blend. The punchcard lasts for two years, so I'm gonna get one for each of my cars because who can beat that deal?
