William (Bill) Swawell of Servicemaster was one of the few people who returned my calls and did me the service of coming out to inspect the space despite the miasma. He and his team did a great job processing large quantities of garbage and biohazard waste but were sensitive and careful enough to pick out all of the treasures (ie old family photos, important documents, even loose change) buried amongst it. He has stayed involved with clean up projects and helping me to manage a lot of work that still needs to happen at the house; it is essential to have someone I can trust doing this work since I am out of state and cannot directly supervise. Bill has earned my trust for the quality of his work and equally important his honesty; he refunded the unspent portion of our initial deposit down to the penny. I hope you don't need ServiceMaster...it's a disaster mitigation service and no one wants a disaster.
