I have a friend that lives in Belvidere Illinois and she was out of firewood and her electric heater had stopped working. I called Kim at ASAP and she set up the delivery, for me from Arizona. They made the deliverey in bad, snowy weather, stacked the wood perfectly for her in the garage and trusted me enough to bill me after the job was finished. They are a great company. It was a pleasure hiring Kim and ASAP Tree Pros Inc, again. It was our third time. Like many others in the Rockford area, we had giant old trees that had been planted too close to our home. We had ASAP remove the last two trees that had been threatening to drop on our roof. In total, we had five trees removed. For budget reasons, we spaced it over a two-year period (taking the dead trees out, first, and the healthy ones, last). Estimates were spot-on; there were no hidden surprises. During each visit, the ASAP team was wonderful. They did exactly what they said they would do, in a professional and timely manner. I was impressed with their care and consideration for my property. When you ask to have the wood removed (as opposed to keeping it for firewood, which we did on one occasion), it is completely gone. They pick up every spare branch and twig. You would never know that a tree had been removed. I highly, highly recommend them! read more
