8 PM last evening tornado winds came through and ripped out three trees by the roots that landed on our roof, multiple trees in front and backyard partially down. It looked like a battle zone. Scott from KML Construction drove by around 9 PM. Saw the damage and made arrangements to come back in the morning to help. He teamed up with Busy Beaver Tree Service and they were at work by 9 AM this morning. Unbelievable! It's 1 PM and they're still working with their whole crew, clean up almost done. these guys are amazing , Right down to even cleaning debris off our roof before patching. I had 2 very tall quaking aspen trees which turned out to be diseased and dying off. I called Busy Beaver, he came out and gave me a quote for removal. I am so impressed with their service! J Beaver is very professional and polite. The trees were removed in about an hour. No branches or leaves left behind. They cut the stumps level so i can place pots on them next year, as i requested. I couldn't be happier with the Bush Beaver Team. Bill returned our call the same day. He gave us a quote after walking and discussing what we needed done. I felt the price was very reasonable and didn't bother to get other quotes. Surprisingly, the "Beavers" were able to get to us the same week. They really swarmed the yard, with about 7 folks working. They asked for input in all trees and took special care in cutting each tree exactly the way we wanted. Also, they offered good options, based on their experience. The Team asked many times if we were happy with the job and asked if we needed anything else done. They cleaned as they went. Asked for quote to remove 2 large maple trees on 9/12/2000. Received quote on 9/14/2000. Sent quote back same day with the following message. "Got it. Thank You. Lets go ahead and scheduled it for as soon as you can get to it, I think you said by mid October which is fine." On 10/19/2000 I called to see if work would be done soon. Joe had no idea what I was talking about. After explaining it to him, he called me back to apologize for dropping the ball and would have his wife work me into the schedule and would call back the next day to give me a date saying but just in case he didn't get to it, asked if I would call and remind him. He did not call so I called to remind him the next day 10/20/2000. He did not answer so I left a message. Today is 11/7/2000 and he has never called back, so for all of the good reviews you might get lucky, but you might want to keep this one in mind also. read more

I called Busy Beaver Tree Care after a storm that took down a tree in my parents' lawn. The company was super responsive and offered to go there the same day. Unfortunately, my dad is getting older and stubborn -- he wanted to do cleanup himself and sent them away when they arrived. The person handling my request was very understanding.
