Very disappointed in my experience today. Called and placed a lunch order for a staff of six people. Was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at location and manager forgot to input order. Oh well... Hungry stuff with a limited lunchtime will just have to tough it out. Didn't have a Crust pizza chain back where I'm from- but really learning to appreciate it! For those who aren't familiar, it's basically a Panera model (order at counter, take a seat- they run the food over to your table). Everything I've ordered has always been great and super fresh tasting. They have a great lunch special during the week (under $10 for pizza/sandwich/pasta and side salad I believe)- and they have great drink prices. I've gotten a few cheap wine glasses here with meals and it's surprisingly good. My go-to order is the Margherita pizza with sliced meatballs on top. Definitely a casual atmosphere, but there's a game of corn-hole outside, and always kids/dogs on the patio which I can appreciate (since this area seems to be lacking in many dog-friendly options). read more

We went there for national pie day 3.14 for a small pie and we thought we were going to have a good experience like we always have. We ordered and I paid cash and wasn't given a receipt nor was I asked for my number like I normally am. We waited for close to an hour for our food and no thing. We saw several people that ordered after us get their food first and saw that they were paying more attention to the to go orders. that's when my wife got up to ask the employees who were just standing around what was going on. I get it was busy but I would imagine taking care of the folks equally. I also notice whoever complained or asked would get there food next. The pizza was good like aways. On a side note I seen one of the guys making the pizzas drop something on the floor and picked it up put it everywhere and not change their gloves. read more

Hm, where to start. First off, this is in response to a pick up order. Inside this place is very cute and laid back. With a relaxed vibe and decent beer selections, this place is good for a date or family outing. We got a custom all veg pizza with feta and smoked mozzarella. I prefer thin crust pizza already, but I imagine for some people this crust simply would not do. I also like the way they cute the pizza (square style). The veggies were fresh, too. Decent pizza but overpriced food fo sho. Our large custom pizza, two cookie sandwiches, and one fountain drink came out to $39 before tip :O I got really excited when I saw they carried Fat Cat Creamery ice cream. But! Don't be deceived...the ice cream sandwiches are really disappointing. At $4 a piece I was expecting a life changing cookie sammich experience. Now, I love me some Blue Bell, but to me this sandwich was a scoop of BB vanilla ice cream plopped in between what I imagine was Pepperidge Farms chocolate chunk cookies :( I was expecting a soft chewy cookie with (to my disappointment!) Fat Cat ice cream smooshed in between. I could've made one at home for four bucks. Lastly, the guy at the counter stood there with his arms crossed and with a strange, (what I perceived) smirk on his face as the other employee completed our transaction. Maybe he was simply lost in thought, but I do find it interesting that other Yelpers have also noted the off-putting vibes of the staff. Would I come back even amongst the disappointment? Sure. Why? Because this place has the upper hand of being one of the few hip, refreshing joints in this area within a five mile radius. Super cute pizza place. Avery family friendly, but can totally be a place for date night. The atmosphere is so "sexy" for a pizza place. I like that! The lighting is dim, and the seating against the walls is really nice tufted material. You order up front, they give you a number and you can sit wherever. Hey also have outdoor seating with fans and misters. You get your own fountain drinks, where they also have some hot sauces. The menu is fantastic. They have salads, pastas, pizzas, calzones and much more! I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and garlic pizza. Our pizza came out in about 15 minutes. Not bad, considering the place was packed on a Wednesday night! The pizza was really really yummy. The garlic hit the spot. They cut the pizza into squares, and that drives me a little crazy because I really love the end crust on all of my slices. Every bite I took the cheese would slide off. I had to turn my slices into "tacos" if you know what I mean. Either way though, the pizza was bomb. Inexpensive, and I was happy I had leftovers. I have nothing negative to say about my first experience here. We ordered two large pies and four fountain drinks. (the total was close to $40) We tried the Hawaiian and a half buffalo chicken half pepperoni. I really enjoyed the Hawaiian and the added cashews & dried berries. The staff, super friendly, checked twice if I was okay with the two two ingredients knowing it may be odd to some. The buffalo was interesting but yummy, and the pepperoni...well you can never go wrong with that. Food was ready within 15-20 minutes and we loved the way they sliced it up--especially having two kids with us. You feel as though you've had more and fill up faster. read more

This casual pizza joint was great, with something for everyone! Their order at the counter and seat yourself style worked well, and our pizzas came out pretty quickly. I was so impressed with their gluten free options: they offered both cauliflower crust and rice flour crust. I got rice flour crust and my mom got the cauliflower crust, and they were both excellent! We all did build-your-own pizzas, and we were all happy with the results. I scarfed down my Canadian bacon, pepperoni, jalapeño, and garlic pizza, yum! I seriously love this place! I crave it every other day. My personal favorite is the Hawaiian pizza. Their Hawaiian pizza is unlike anyone else's. They had Craisins and cashews. Just be careful if there's any kind of cashew allergy, we found that out the hard way. read more

I've been here half a dozen times and I have always had friendly service and good food at a fair price. They are a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. They have a variety of menu items: pizza, calzones, salads, and appetizers. My favorites are the meatball marinara appetizer and the muffaletta salad. My family meets with four other families about every quarter and we have always been able to get several tables pushed together on their patio. They have a green area for kids to run around on with Jenga and cornhole. The patio and green area isn't enclosed so you still need to keep an eye on the kiddos as you are right next to a parking lot. The kids pizzas are a nice size and good value. read more

Well I just have to say. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Crust GM makes every effort to keep customers happy which is a rare find in today's market. The GM went out of his way to compensate me for the previous experience at Crust (which was a birthday dinner gone awry) and I was not disappointed. We ordered garlic knots, a large veggie (cut in triangles... not the usual squares), blackened chicken Capri & a house salad. Not a huge fan of crowds and it was already crowded at 6ish on a Fri so we're ordered to go. The young lady at the register was very friendly & when she called the general manager to do his managerial thing at the register, he greeted me and thanked me for giving them another try. She even offered us complimentary fountain drinks while we waited for our order. Great job! 5-star customer service. Now for the food, as I said we ordered to go. SO when we got home, the food required some warming. But the pizza was not stuck to the box this time --- the trick seems to be the triangle slices, not so much contact area for the cheese to meet the box. I really enjoyed the pasta and the garlic knots. Not a huge fan of the cheesy garlic bread (which comes with the pasta) - but that's a personal preference. The salad was also good and crisp. Overall I'd say it was a fully redemptive experience - especially in the area of customer service. read more
